DIRTY LAUNDRY - It all comes out in the wash / Bianca finds the perfect tenant, as Kat finds she’s in a deal with the devil. A condom incident blows up with disastrous consequences for Matt.

Andrew can’t forgive Kat’s lies, and she is forced to move home to the overcrowded Rafferty house. Kat finds that David is in on the deal with Clay and suspects that the finance is from corrupt overseas money. Bianca and Tane find the perfect tenants for their house – then realise they’ve been badly scammed. When Vicky finds Oscar playing with a balloon that is a condom, it leads her to suspect that Matt is seeing prostitutes. He is eventually forced to tell the truth about Leisha - and Donna’s ownership of the brothel. Vicky scotches joint custody - so Leisha ends the relationship to save him. As Matt faces a costly legal battle, Kat finds Nana Pat’s farm has been foreclosed, and she has nowhere to go. Kat overcomes her moral objections to David’s deal in order to help the family. And she now has a new understanding of why Donna acted as she did. Mother and daughter are reconciled.
