And you see my auntie, 73 years young, looking decades younger.
No medication, no pills, no drugs, none of that.
She works out and she's showing you how she increased her overall longevity.
So, follow us.
Auntie, you only get the organic?
Only organic.
Why only organic, auntie?
Because of the green chlorophyll in the greens.
You want that in your body.
You want that in your bloodstream.
Yeah.
The standard American diet, I have seen personally what it does to people.
There's life, there's wellness lifestyle.
Yes.
Yeah, you know, what motivates you?
What drives you?
Because culture told me that I'm supposed to be all jacked up when I'm in my 70s.
That's why I would have laughed.
When you know better, you do better.
Peace, YouTube family.
Scott Braun here, back with another video.
And today's video is very special because we got this amazing special person in the video.
Hey, everybody.
Talk to them.
What a beautiful day to be alive, right?
July the 7th, 2026.
Thank you, God, for health and strength, for legs, for arms.
We just praise you, God.
Amen.
Thank you, thank you.
We don't take our blessings for granted.
Oh, no.
Never, ever, ever.
I'm here with my lovely auntie Pauline.
And we're about to run some errands.
And also, we're going to do a Q&A because my lovely auntie Pauline is 73 years young.
73, everybody.
73 years young.
No medication.
None.
No pills.
None.
No prescriptions.
No.
No walking cane.
No.
No wheelchair.
She just eats the fruits and vegetables, right, auntie?
You see my shirt, right?
You see it, right?
Don't bother us because we...
Fasting.
That's right.
We take care of ourselves, family.
You got to take care of yourself.
Why do we have to take care of ourselves?
Because that's why God...
Well, first of all, it's not about us, all right?
It's not about us.
It's for our loved ones and everyone who we are blessed to touch, you know?
We're supposed to share our gifts with everybody.
It's not about you, ladies and gentlemen.
That's why you have to take care of yourself.
Take care of yourself.
So today, we're going to go to a couple of places today.
We're going to go to the Apple Store.
We're going to go to B&H, if you know, you know.
And the reason why is because Auntie Pauline is about to reach 100,000 subscribers.
Thank you.
Thank you to all of you who have subscribed to the page.
And if you haven't subscribed, please come to Asia's Fitness Lifestyle.
Please.
And look, share with your mother, share with your aunt.
Say, look, Mommy, I know this lady.
She's 73 years old.
No, 73 years young.
Excuse me.
And if she can work out, Mommy, you can work out too.
So check her out.
Check out some of her videos and subscribe and share.
Subscribe and share, all right, family?
Because we're going to go.

We're going to eat at an amazing vegan spot as well, too.
We're just going to hang out.
And we want to bring you all on this journey of health and wellness.
Yeah.
And yeah, it's just going to be a fun day.
Watch the full video.
I'm going to interview Auntie Pauline as we go through.
And she's going to ask me some questions as well, too.
You know, from the younger generation to the wiser generation as well, too.
And yeah, we're going to go.
We're going to upgrade you.
We're going to get a new computer.
We're going to get a new phone.
We're just going to upgrade Auntie Pauline's life.
I'm so happy.
You know, upgrade the brand.
Upgrade everything so she can come out with this amazing longevity content for you all.
Yes.
Stay tuned, family.
So, Auntie Pauline, I got to ask you this as your lovely nephew.
Yeah.
Because you have so much wisdom inside of you.
Thank you.
73 years young.
About to be 74 next month.
Yeah.
74?
Yeah.
Do you want more?
74.
I want more.
All right.
What was your encounter when it came to health and wellness and the Standard American Diet?
People see the glory but don't understand the story.
Right.
And yeah, can you talk a little about that, Auntie?
Well, the Standard American Diet, I have seen personally what it does to people.
I mean, just flip the camera around and you see as we're walking what the Standard American Diet has done.
Oh, boy.
I mean, hypertension, diabetes, amputations.
Yeah.
Medications.
A fruit bowl of medications that people are taking.
You could flip the camera around and see.
Just show the people in the green and whatnot.
You know what I'm saying?
Yeah, I see the chicken spot already, the unhealthy food spots.
I see the pizza.
Yeah.
And people think that this is food that they're eating.
They're not eating food.
They're eating drugs.
They're eating all kinds of chemicals that do not agree.
You know, when they go into your system, the body is saying, what is this?
I don't recognize this.
And because I don't recognize this, what am I supposed to do with it?
Right.
And because I don't know what to do with it, I'm going to turn it into something that you don't want.
Something that you don't want, which is inflammation.
Yes.
Heart disease.
Yes.
Diabetes.
Yes.
Cancer.
Right.
Obesity.
Right.
Hypertension.
Right, right, right.
Family, it starts with us, man.
You got to take care of yourself.
And you know, as I said in the beginning, it's not about you.
It's not about you.
It's about your gifts.
You are a treasure of divine gifts that you have to share.
This is your responsibility to share it with the world.
I mean, God didn't put you on this timeline for you, 2026.
No, he could have thrown you in 1776.
How would you have liked that?
But no, with all of this technology, with all of this information at our fingertips, we got to put this thing to use.
How do we put this thing to use?
By sharing our gifts with the world, sharing it with the world and realizing that it's not about you.
We're not going to be selfish.
No, no.
We're going to spread the wisdom.
Spread the wisdom, spread the word, because the people will perish for a lack of knowledge.
And I don't want you to be the person or the people, the community, to perish because of a lack of knowledge.
So this is the reason why Auntie Pauline and Scott Burhardt is going to give you that real and going to speak to your soul and going to penetrate your heart and your mind for you to not be a victim to the standard American lifestyle.
Please don't.
Because we've been there.
Yes.
We've been there.
Yes.
People see the glory, Auntie, but don't understand the story.
And this is the reason why we have to speak our story.
Amen.
In full transparency.
Amen.
All right, family.
So let's get to this Apple store.
Let's go.
Family, as we're walking down Fordham Road, all I see is the pizza store.
If you want to show in your lifespan, you go and eat the McDonald's.
You go to the look, the liquor store and eat the McDonald's.
If you want to show in your lifespan family, right?
A lot of people don't understand that just because it's in your community doesn't mean that you have to indulge in it.
Oh, all I see is the pizza store.
All I see is the liquor spot.
All I see is the McDonald's in the Burger King.
It doesn't mean that you got to be a victim to it.
And this is where the psychological traps come in because you see it every single day and you think that it's normalized.
You're normalizing chaos.
For real.
You're normalizing chronic illnesses and chronic diseases, family.
And this is the reason why we got to make a change.
But how do you make a change?
By disciplining yourself.
You got to have that discipline, right?
Got to have that discipline.
Be a beautiful day.
Yes, it is.
We just passed the chicken spot.
There's a line over there, man.
Wow.
Where's that chicken coming from?
Ooh.
Bill Gates' lavatory.
Ooh.
Get out there, auntie.
73 years old, running for the train.
With no back pain.
We are here.
We are at the closing doors.
Do you sew it together or what?
No, wait.
Show that to the camera real quick.
Can you show the, yeah, show the craftsmanship?
You see that?
Wow, look at that, family.
This is actually double crocheting,
but I could actually make it single crocheting.
Yeah.
This is what you call like a ruffle hat, bucket ruffle hat.
Auntie, he's talented, yeah?
Very.
From the beginning, he's showing us from the beginning.
So we made it to the city that never sleeps.
Yes, we do.
You know what?
I love my city.
I am so happy that my parents met in New York
and had me at Presbyterian Hospital.
I love New York.
You know, I've tried other places.
The only place that I could come a little bit close to New York
is Barcelona, Spain.
Barcelona.
I love Barcelona.
Wow, I need to go there.
Yeah.
We'll go there together.
That's a promise.
We'll travel, we'll go to Spain together.
Right, right.
So we are on our way to the first stop
of this amazing adventure with Auntie Pauline
and Scott Bernhardt.
Nephew Bernhardt, that's what we like to call him.
That's right.
She says, Nephew.
I'm like, yes, Auntie.
What are some of your favorite fruits?
What's some of your favorite fruits?
Mangos.
I love mangoes.
I love pears.
I love blackberries.
I eat blackberries the way I used to eat potato chips.
Really?
Yeah, I love blackberries.
What's the benefits of blackberries?
You know, that dark, rich color on the fruit,
the antioxidants.
I mean, every cell in your body just starts making love to it
as soon as it hits your body, you know?
So I love that.
I love blueberries, of course.
Oh, yeah, definitely love my blueberries as well.
Yeah, for the brain and everything.
Polyphenols.
Right, right, right, right.
So good, so good.
I eat fruit like I used to eat Doritos and potato chips,
you know?
You used to eat Doritos?
I used to eat Doritos.
What?
For real.
No way.
Yes, I did.
All of those inflammatory snacks for my body,
they really wreak havoc on your system.
They really do.
Not anymore.
Yeah, we eat fruits and vegetables over here.
Absolutely, absolutely.
City is crazy, family, because, you know,
it's the World Cup, a lot of tourists, a lot of people,
a lot of energy, a lot of vibe.
New York is that city of just a lot of energy, you know?
But it's amplified so much, you know,
since the World Cup and all the festivities and everything
like that.
So, hey, you know, let's get to B&H so we
can ask some really dope questions about technology.
And don't forget to subscribe to Auntie Pauline's YouTube
channel.
Thank you, Scotty.
H-less Fitness Lifestyle.
You already know.
Dot com.
100,000 subscribers on the way.
Yes.
Let's go.
Yeah.
Bye-bye Madison Square Garden.
Chaos continues, you know, ever since the Knicks
won the championship.
That's right.
You know, you got the World Cup.
All right, we made it to B&H.
Let's see what we can get here.
Well, Auntie, you looking at that speaker?
Yeah, I'm looking at it.
I have this little guy here.
Got that little munchkin over there.
Yeah, this is looking pretty interesting.
Yeah.
Well, you know, your nephew got that one, because, you know.
OK.
Big guy.
Big guy got to get the big speaker.
So I got this one in the kitchen,
and I have this one in my bathroom.
In the bathroom.
When I start singing my R&B songs while showering.
I love it.
B&H is literally the Toys R Us when
it comes to technology, cameras, equipment, audio.
You name it, they got it.
Like, in B&H.
Everything, man.
Everything.
Everything is in B&H.
I got it.
Don't worry.
Really?
I got it.
Come on.
I got it.
Thank you, nephew.
Yeah.
It's all me.
Use my card.
Yeah.
Just plug it in.
Yeah, go ahead.
Anything for you.
Thank you, nephew.
Anything for you.
How you feeling, auntie?
I'm so happy.
I'm so happy to be with you.
Thank you.
Thank you for loving me the way you do, nephew.
Of course, auntie.
Anything for you.
I don't take anything for granted.
Nothing.
There's life.
There's wellness lifestyle.
Yes.
Yeah, you know, what motivates you?
What drives you?
Life.
Being in good health and being able to walk and run up the subway steps.
Oh, yeah.
You was going up those steps like a champion.
Yeah.
That's why it's so important to just be grateful for your health and your strength.
Absolutely.
Take these things for granted, ladies and gentlemen.
Take it for granted.
And how do you take it for granted?
How do you take it for granted?
Eating junk.
Uh-oh.
Eating junk, you know?
You think your system can digest the madness that's in there.
It can't.
Oh, there's some Whole Foods.
We got to go to Whole Foods, nephew.
We got to go to Whole Foods, y'all.
We got to go to Whole Foods.
Let's go to Whole Foods and see what Auntie Pauline gets, you know, when she's shopping for the anti-inflammatory healthy foods.
Yeah.
To increase the overall longevity.
Yeah.
Let's go.
Going to Whole Foods with Auntie Pauline.
One of her favorite places to be.
Organic.
Auntie, you want to get the organic?
Only organic.
Why only organic, Auntie?
Because I don't want any pesticides in my body.
None.
Organic.
What you got?
What is this?
Organic what?
Raspberries.
Okay.
All organic raspberries.
I love them.
What's the benefits of those things?
Any berries you get for yourself, you're benefiting your brain.
Yes, it's true.
And I want to make sure that my neurons stay on top of their game.
The comment that dementia, because it's crazy, Auntie Pauline.
You know, we got folks that's younger than you and they're catching dementia.
Do you know the youngest diagnosis of dementia was 14 years old?
14 years old?
14 years old.
How?
Drinking those soft drinks, eating those inflammatory foods.
The standard American lifestyle, yeah?
For real.
Oh, boy.
For real.
All right.
We got some berries.
We want to get some cucumbers.
We got some organic cucumbers.
Organic.
Very hydrating.
A lot of people don't know that the cucumbers are part of the watermelon family.
Right.
The melon family.
Right.
Cucumbers, seeded watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew.
That's right.
That's the melon family right there.
You can get the organic peppers right here, Auntie.
Okay.
See that right there?
These guys right here, okay.
You got the organic.
All right.
Do not play with my auntie.
She only does the organic.
That is it.
No pesticides.
None.
No compromise.
None.
You know your nephew's the same way.
For real.
Because it's not the quantity of food.
It's the quality of food.
For real.
You know, we try to do our best in America.
Absolutely.
We try to do our best.
Auntie Pauline's going for some peaches.
High in vitamin C.
Yes.
High in fiber.
Yes.
Yes, family.
That's what you need.
Auntie, you know a lot of Americans is lacking in fiber.
They can't go to the bathroom.
They backed up.
Oh, no.
Yeah.
They backed up.
They full of toxins and waste.
But you're like 73 years young.
No problem.
You got to go to the bathroom every single day.
Every single day.
Really.
After you eat, something has to come out.
Yeah.
After you eat, something got to come out.
I remember one time you told me that you had a client
that didn't go to the bathroom for like a week.
Two weeks.
Wow.
Hey, so Auntie Pauline's about to get some peaches.
Yep.
She's showing you the way.
You got an example to watch today.
All right?
This is so much fun.
It really is.
You're so much fun.
Oh, thank you, nephew.
One.
Two.
All right.
Auntie Pauline, can you talk why we should eat more greens?
You should eat more greens because they help you go to the bathroom, ladies and gentlemen.
And because of the green chlorophyll in the greens.
You want that in your body.
You want that in your bloodstream.
Yeah.
Because what it's doing, it's like a washing machine.
It's washing every cell in your body to make sure it stays nice and clean and healthy.
So you want to make sure you get as much greens in your body as you possibly can.
And you just picked up some dandelion greens, right?
Yes, we did.
We picked up some dandelion, which is alkaline.
Really great for the calming of the nervous system.
It combats oxidative stress.
Nice.
High in chlorophyll.
High in natural energies.
And it's a bitter as well.
So it destroys parasites.
Love it.
And it helps to regulate blood sugar for diabetics.
And those parasites that it destroys are the parasites known as sweet tooth.
Oh, I got a sweet tooth.
I got a sweet tooth.
If you have a sweet tooth, get the dandelion greens and you can kill the sweet tooth.
Yes, you can.
Dandelion greens, arugula, bitter melon.
Focus on your bitters because parasites, they love the sweet.
They love the artificial sugar.
For real?
They love the diabetes pie.
For real.
All right.
So get your greens on, right?
Get your greens on.
Yes.
So we're here in the cookies and chips section.
Oh, my goodness.
Auntie, you don't eat no cookies and chips?
No, thank you.
Really?
Why not?
And you see, look at the marketing.
Look at the colors.
The bright colors.
Look at that.
The bright colors to attract people.
Say, hey, eat me.
Take me.
Taste me.
I'm looking really good.
The marketing.
You really got to take your hat off to the marketing.
They are really doing an exceptional job.
I mean, look at the brown.
Brown.
Exceptional job of poisoning the people.
Look at all of this.
You want an abundance of information, just go to the cookies and snacks section.
For real.
You know, because it's a lot out there.
We got to make better choices.
Watermelon hibiscus popcorn.
Oh, my goodness.
Can you pick that up, Auntie?
I've never heard of this before.
Watermelon hibiscus popcorn.
Family.
Come on.
Don't eat that.
That's trash.
Basura.
And check this out.
Organic.
Oh, no.
See, that's how they trick you.
Organic.
See, that's how they trick you.
They put organic on certain things that's not even organic.
And then you have to realize that the front of the product is the entertainment while the back is education.
What you got to say to the people that's, like, addicted to these snacks and these cookies and chips?
If you cannot read the ingredients, if you cannot pronounce it, don't eat it.
Don't eat it.
And don't put it on your skin.
You know, I use, people ask me all the time, what do you do for your skin?
Castor oil.
I know how to pronounce it.
Castor oil.
Or coconut oil.
You know the ingredients in the package.
Be educated consumers, ladies and gentlemen.
Stop letting them pull the wool over your eyes.
Stop.
Stop being the sheep being led by the shepherds of destruction.
And stop being led by your emotions.
Oh, I'm an emotional eater.
You take control over your mind.
Don't let your emotions take control over you.
Because emotions is energy in motion.
So you got to make sure that your energy is on point.
That's right.
Alright, so say no to them snacks and cookies and chips.
Alright, we don't want no inflammation.
This is anti-inflammatory.
And you see my auntie, 73 years young, looking decades younger.
No medication, no pills, no drugs, none of that.
She works out and she's showing you how she increases her overall longevity.
So follow us.
Sugar, large sugar.
Large sugar.
Large sugar, sugar, sugar, sugar.
And what the sugar does, auntie?
Inflames your body.
Yeah.
Sugar, sugar, sugar.
Come on in here, cancer.
Come on in here, diabetes.
Sugar, sugar, sugar.
And then you're going to get a graham cracker and you're going to put sugar on top of it.
It's just too crazy.
Yeah, that's a recipe for destruction.
Family, you got to make better choices.
We have to.
But I don't understand, auntie, how people are like,
I don't want to eat too much food because I'm going to catch diabetes.
How?
I hear that too. I hear that a lot.
When I do my juicing videos.
Oh, you're using too many oranges.
And you're going to put a beet in it too?
Oh, my.
But don't you know that mother nature knows the exact amount to put in her fruit?
Mm-hmm.
She's not like humans.
No.
Listen, take it from a 73-year-old young pioneer.
Increasing her overall longevity.
And still dancing and grooving.
Amen.
What's a muscle little move?
Don't bother me.
I'm fasting.
At Whole Foods.
For my auntie.
I love it.
Family, when you reach this section,
just run for the hills.
Run away from this section.
This is the processed meat section.
You see how they got them packaged?
And look at the keyword, organic.
Look at that keyword.
Run uncured
black
forest ham?
Oh, my God.
Please, no.
No, family, we can't be doing that.
We can't be harming the animals and eating the animals
and wondering why we're getting cancer.
No way.
Getting diabetes, getting obesity, getting chronic illnesses and chronic diseases.
I mean, the word, the vocabulary.
Uncured ham?
Yeah.
That's how they get you.
Yeah.
And parasites, they love the processed meats.
You see this section right here?
You run away from this section.
You run from the hills.
Organic summer sausage.
Come on, now.
But let me tell you something.
It's not just sausage.
You got to look at the ingredients.
They got sodium nitrate.
They got soybean oil.
They got citric acid.
They have all types of preservatives
that is highly carcinogen
and very compromising towards
the human body.
So, family, don't.
Yeah, just run away.
Do what my auntie Pauline says.
Just run away.
This is not even
in a refrigerator.
It's on a shelf.
Salami.
A lot of it.
I see some mold growing on it.
It does not look good.
No, no, no.
We can't do this to our bodies.
And you don't
touch any of these things at 73 years young.
No, not at all.
Family, if you want to
increase the mucus and inflammation
in your body, just eat cheese.
That's all. That's all you have to do.
Just eat cheese.
They're torturing the cows.
They're inbreeding them.
And you wonder how the cheese is being produced.
The cheese and the dairy is for the baby calf.
Not for the human beings.
Absolutely.
But I got to give it to them.
I mean, their marketing,
their presentation is just off the charts.
Oh, yeah. Look how they market it.
They market you death.
They market you death in such a way.
Honey for cheese.
That's crazy. You're putting honey with cheese?
Honey for cheese.
Stay away from cheese.
Stay away from dairy.
Stay away from the standard American diet.
If you want milk, you can make
nut milk. You can make
Brazil nut milk, walnut milk, cashew milk.
There's so many different alternatives
which are more healthy for the human body
rather than this mucus forming
substances. Right, Auntie?
Absolutely.
Why do you think Auntie Pauline looks the way she looks?
Because she don't mess
with dairy because it's scary.
Salad bar.
But it's not a salad bar.
How long has this
been sitting out here?
Overnight.
They probably have it sitting
overnight and then they want to serve
it to you as food.
Family, look at this. It does not look good.
Look at this.
This is not fresh at all.
I know you see the hot steam
coming off of it, but it's not fresh at all.
Highly inflammatory.
If you want to compromise your gut health,
then you eat at the salad bar.
Because, first of all, they have it outside.
You don't know if flies
is on it or what type of
substances or what type of organisms is
on it. Family, I'm telling you.
Listen to me and Auntie
Pauline, man. For real. I'm telling you.
Eat fresh.
Eat clean. I see some coconut
water. I'm going to go grab some.
You want one or two? Yeah, let's get a coconut water.
Let me tell you something, Auntie.
Anytime you're rolling with a nephew, you're not paying
for nothing. You ain't
paying for nothing.
Everything's on me.
Everything. I'm so blessed
to have you as my nephew. I'm so blessed
to have you as my auntie. I love you.
Thank you so much for everything.
It's like fall.
It's looking like fall kind of weather
in New York City during
the summertime, but you know, they're messing
with the weather. You know,
they got the weather machines.
They be controlling stuff, yeah?
Chemtrails.
Is it chemtrails?
The chemtrails, the
weather machine, everything you can think of, Auntie.
Oh my gosh. I know. It's crazy.
Alright, let's go get something
to eat.
You ready? Let's go!
So, we've
made a decision to eat
at Sweet Green because
they have salads, they got healthy
options, you know?
And that's what we're about. We're about the health and
wellness. We're not going to McDonald's.
We're not going to Panda Express.
Oh, no. A lot of oil,
a lot of seed oils, a lot of
foolishness, a lot of inflammation.
We're not going to Burger King.
We're not going to the Dollar Pizza spot.
We're going to Sweet Green.
Alright, so we're about to eat a salad
and have a nice conversation for the nation.
I like that.
You like it? I love it.
I'm telling you.
Auntie, we was just having a conversation.
What you were saying now?
I said,
American culture
has made it seem
as if it's normal
to be obese and to be unhealthy
and to be overweight. Wow.
They normalized the chaos. They've normalized
it. And that's why
I asked you, do you ever
feel like you're in the Twilight Zone?
Yes. That's why I was asking you that
question. You know, because we're
passing by so many people
and no judgment. It's just
heartfelt sadness.
You know, because
they're so young. So young.
Younger than you. So young.
Oh. You know, and I
really feel like
it's Twilight Zone. You know what
it is, auntie? They don't realize that they're
becoming ticking time bombs.
They don't realize it. You're right, because they
think that food
is
they think pretzels
and hot dogs
and sausages
they think that's
food.
Food is supposed to heal you.
Food is supposed to nurture you.
Everywhere we look, we're walking down the
street. Everywhere we look.
Every corner. People
are inflamed. Yes. No judgment.
Ticking time bombs. Just
heartfelt sadness. Heartfelt sadness.
Ticking time bombs. They don't know
that they are becoming a liability
towards themselves and their health.
And they've given up on themselves.
I've seen it way too many
times of people just giving up on their health
and wellness and they just put themselves
on the back burner and wonder why
they're suffering. You can
turn the suffering into success. For real.
You can turn the
trauma into triumph.
But all it takes is for you to
discipline yourself
into the lifestyle. That's all.
For you to make a change. That's all.
We have reached one of
Aunty Pauline's favorite places to eat.
Sweet greens. Sweet greens.
Because we're all about the
greens.
I'm convinced ladies and
gentlemen. She's convinced.
Aunty, let's show them
the healthy lifestyle. Yes.
What we got is sweet greens.
Alright. Alright. That's what we got.
Show Aunty. Yeah.
You're with us in spirit.
The healthy life is the happy
life. Yes. I enjoy
spending time with you. Right back at you.
I love you.
I love you so much.
And I gotta say this too Aunty.
When mom
passed away. Transition.
You and
Aunty Pam
came to my rescue. We love you.
I didn't know what
I was gonna do
in my mind. I was so sad
and full of grief. Especially you.
You stepped up in my life
and just like
family.
There's so much more I can say about this amazing
woman that impacted
my life in such a positive way.
You understand me. You get me.
We have fun together. We have a
ball together. We have a ball together.
You know the beautiful thing about it is we can be
in a room and we don't
have to talk. We're quiet.
Nephew's doing his thing.
I'm doing my thing. We're quiet. We understand
one another. It's like
why are you not talking? What's up
with you? Did I say something to hurt
your feelings? No.
We understand one another.
We love one another. I love you
Aunty Paula. I appreciate you
from the bottom of my heart. This was such
a surprise
today. This was
a surprise today and
I'm so grateful to you.
I'm grateful to you too.
I'm grateful for the wisdom
that you brought into my life.
I love that you brought into my life.
We relate to
one another.
We've been talking sometimes
and it's like people in our age group
and people in our friend group, they don't
understand the healthy lifestyle, the
vegan lifestyle, the plant-based lifestyle, but
we talk about it and we try to figure
out how can we inspire you all
and inspire the viewers to
get on the bandwagon.
Your mothers, your aunts,
your uncles.
Please, share
my nephew's channel with them. Please.
Share my auntie's channel
with your family.
Because we know that many of you
just don't know.
You don't know how to get started
with a healthy
lifestyle. You don't know.
Eat. How do I
begin? How do I start a plant-based
diet? That's what we're here
for. Yes. To be the example
because
if you can look at someone who is
34 years young,
73 years young,
we're hanging out, we're vibing,
we get each other.
It's very relatable. I'm telling you, it's
possible. Nothing is
impossible. You just got to take
the initiative and take that first
step towards being the best version
of yourself. And the best version of yourself
family is the healthy version of
yourself. Absolutely. I don't care.
You can have all the money in the world. You can have
all the riches in the world. But what
profits a man or a woman to gain the whole
world yet lose their own soul? For real.
How do you lose your own soul? By compromising
your health, compromising
your mental health, your physical health,
and your spiritual health family.
We don't want you to be the sheep being led by the
shepherds of destruction. And this is the reason
why myself and my lovely
auntie Pauline come up with content
like this to inspire you all.
If it's one person, we did our job.
Absolutely. We want to reach the millions.
We want to reach millions.
Millions of those
between 34
and 74 and everything
outside of that.
Because you don't have
to live with swollen ankles
and hands and
feet. You don't have to live like that.
You really don't. You don't have to
live with gout. You don't.
It's all
about your lifestyle family.
It's all about your lifestyle.
Auntie Pauline, what you got to say
to the people
that is within your age bracket
right? And
they feel like giving up. And they need
the voice. They need the voice.
They need the motivation. They need
someone who's going to speak to them,
speak life into them because all they know is
death. You can't give up.
Because as
I said earlier,
it's not about you.
It's about the gifts
that you have within to
share with the world.
If you would have told me when I was in
my 30s
that I would be
a fitness influencer at 73,
I would laugh at them.
I said, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha.
Why would I laugh at them? Because culture
told me
that I'm supposed to be all jacked
up when I'm in my 70s.
That's why I would have laughed.
When you know better,
you do better. But honestly, some people
know better, but they refuse to do
better. Why?
Depression, depression.
Depression
and anxiety is rampant.
Oh, my.
I hear that your generation
is killing
themselves. The suicide rate
among your generation
is the highest that it's ever been.
Highest. My generation,
they're overly stimulated.
They don't know how to
calm their nervous system.
They don't know how to be
at peace within themselves.
Sometimes people feel like they always need to be
around other people or other groups.
No, you need to find peace within yourself.
And peace within yourself is being
happy and healthy
within yourself.
Be insane within yourself.
No matter what kind of materialistic
things are out there shining
in front of your face. No.
Exactly.
You have to find
peace within you.
You have to. And one way
that myself
and my lovely auntie
Pauline, we find peace within
detoxing, fasting,
working out.
Working out, ladies and gentlemen.
Moving your body.
You got to move your body
because movement is medicine.
And if you don't move your body,
you will lose your body.
Stay on top of your game, family.
Stay on top of your game.
This life is so precious.
Don't take it for granted.
Move your body.
Eat clean.
Be cognizant
of what you are putting in your mouth,
ladies and gentlemen.
Those pretzels, those cookies,
those potato chips are fried
in all kinds
of crazy oils.
Barbecue bat grease.
Oh my God.
