☕ Classic Italian Tiramisu Recipe | Easy Authentic No-Bake Dessert | Beginner Friendly

Learn how to make a classic Italian tiramisu with soft espresso-soaked ladyfingers, rich mascarpone cream, and a generous dusting of cocoa powder. This authentic no-bake dessert is creamy, light, and surprisingly easy to make at home. Whether you're making tiramisu for the first time or looking for the perfect traditional recipe, this step-by-step tutorial will help you create a restaurant-quality dessert.

Ingredients:
2 large eggs, separated
¼ cup sugar
225 g mascarpone cheese
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 cup hot water
2 tsp instant coffee powder
12–14 ladyfingers
2 tbsp cocoa powder, for dusting

Method:
Dissolve the instant coffee powder in the hot water.

Whisk the mascarpone cheese until smooth and creamy. Set aside. Separate the eggs.

Add the egg yolks, half of the sugar (2 tbsp), and vanilla extract to a heatproof bowl. Place the bowl over a pot of gently simmering water, ensuring the bottom does not touch the water.

Whisk constantly for 4–6 minutes until the mixture becomes pale, slightly thickened, and warm. Remove from the heat and let cool for 5–10 minutes.
Fold the mascarpone cheese into the cooled yolk mixture until smooth and fully combined.

In a separate clean heatproof bowl, combine the egg whites and remaining sugar . Place over gently simmering water and whisk continuously for 4–5 minutes until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture feels hot. Remove from the heat and beat until stiff, glossy peaks form.

Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the mascarpone mixture in 2–3 additions until no streaks remain.

Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the cooled coffee for about 1 second per side. Arrange a layer in your dish and spread half of the mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers.

Repeat the layers, smoothen the surface and dust evenly with cocoa powder.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 6–8 hours or overnight. Slice and enjoy. 🍰☕️

⭐ Tips for the Best Tiramisu:
• Dip the ladyfingers for just 1 second per side to prevent sogginess.
• Chill overnight for the best texture and flavor.
• Use good-quality mascarpone and cocoa powder for authentic taste.
