Village Olivier Salad with Homemade Tandoor Bread

Today in the village, we prepare a delicious Olivier salad from start to finish. First, we pick fresh beans from the garden and place them in vinegar — after a few days they turn into pickled preserves that can be stored for a long time.
For the salad, we boil chicken breast and combine it with potatoes and boiled eggs. We mash everything together, season it with spices and creamy white sauce, and mix it into a smooth, tasty filling. Then we serve it with fresh sandwich bread baked in our traditional clay tandoor.
This is the simple, wholesome food of village life — made by hand with fresh, natural ingredients.
