Organized around a central courtyard, the 105-square-meter residence maximizes natural light, cross ventilation, and its connection to nature while shielding the interior from harsh western sunlight through a deep clay-tiled roof. Built with locally sourced materials and traditional construction techniques, the house combines contemporary simplicity with vernacular influences, creating a calm, functional living environment that is both environmentally responsive and deeply rooted in its local context.
