Ready for the tropical adventure of a lifetime? 🌴☀️ I'm back and this time I spent a month in the magical Cook Islands, wandering around both Rarotonga and Aitutaki and I wanted to show you all the unforgettable moments 💙
From surfing super shallow waves and snorkeling with sea turtles in crystal clear waters, to stand-up paddle boarding at sunset in Muri Lagoon, and doing donuts on a jet ski out in the open sea, this trip was nothing short of a dream.
In Aitutaki, I joined the famous Vaka Cruise, hopping between small islands (motu) and swimming through some of the clearest, most vibrant neon turquoise water I’ve ever seen. I stayed at beautiful, beachfront accommodations like Tai Roto Bay and Sea Change Villas, each offering their own version of island bliss on both islands.
If you're planning a trip to the Cook Islands or just love living vicariously through tropical travel vlogs, this one’s for you! Also it's my longest vlog yet... if you make it all the way to the end you make me SO HAPPY :)
And a HUGE thank you and so much appreciation to Cook Island Tourism team for making this dream trip come true! @tourismcookislands

A traveler returns to the Cook Islands for a month-long stay, collaborating with the tourism board. The journey covers surfing, exploring luxury villas, swimming with turtles, and visiting the stunning lagoons of Aitutaki, highlighting the islands' natural beauty and relaxed \"island time\" lifestyle.
Hi guys, I am heading back to the Cook Islands.
Yes, this is my third time if you've been following my channel, but this time I'm here
for a full month working with a tourism board and hopefully showing you all why I love it
here so much.
Made it.
Oh, look at the moon.
How pretty that is.
That was so tiring.
Worth it.
It's like 24 hours door to door.
But we're going to go back and check the boards, make sure everything's in one piece and probably
put the traction pad on tonight and then surf tomorrow.
We'll see.
I cannot stop yawning.
Okay, time for bed.
It feels so good to be back.
It really does.
Something about this island just feels like home, but I'm not really sure why.
All right.
First things first, I got to unpack the boards, check for dings or cracks or anything weird.
This custom surfboard is shaped by the legend Matt himself from the XO Cocoa line.
It's made specifically for these like slabby, scary hollow waves that I don't really surf
much in California.
But I am so psyched to try it out.
Waves were not good for surfing, so I'm just going to wait for the rain to come in.
Oh, actually, we're going to see the change.
We're checking.
Amazing.
You can see straight out into the ocean.
All right.
Let's check it.
Look at this view.
Holy cow.
Amazing.
A little bit rainy, but it'll look nice on a sunny day.
So much space, too.
Nice chandelier.
Closet.
Oh my goodness.
Okay, cool.
Cool.
Okay.
I couldn't find the shower before.
It's over here.
I just didn't look.
Okay.
Yeah.
This is so nice.
It's like a nice size, too.
Everything I need.
Plus, I get to wake up to the nicest view.
How did I get so lucky?
All right.
Just wait till it's sunny, you guys.
Oh my goodness.
All right.
I think it's time for sunshine.
Ah, this is nuts.
That is the passage over there where they do all the turtle tours.
This feels like a private beach because it has your own little walkway, your foot wash
thing.
Oh my gosh.
It's so nice.
All right.
We got some stand up boards.
We got this.
I don't even know if there's a name for it.
Kayaks, paddles.
You're pretty set if you wanted to enjoy the ocean.
This is the sunrise view.
Holy... I think that's a rainbow.
It's such a nice place to eat breakfast.
So these two dogs kind of came out of nowhere and decided to join me on my beach walks down
from Sea Change Villas all the way down to the Turtle Tours, which is about a kilometer
or just over half a mile away.
And they actually did this every single day that I was at Sea Change Villas, which was so cute.
I even got my little chaperones with me.
So cute.
They're still with me.
But it's fun.
We walked all the way from the end of that.
Best chaperones ever.
Made it down to the passage and the conditions are beautiful.
So let's go swim with some turtles.
Okay, did a turtle tour yesterday.
Saw so many turtles.
Waves are finally not a scary size.
So hopefully we'll go surf today.
Everything's so much nicer when it's sunny and sparkly and nice.
But I picked up some sashimi to bring back for sunset with my favorite beach dogs.
Today I'm exploring the east side of the island, mostly in the Moody area.
Checking it out from above on a hike, then maybe some water disco later this evening.
Whatever that means.
Good morning.
Well, it's an island, so the weather just does what it wants.
And you just gotta find your own fun until the sun shines again.
But surprisingly, there was a lot more outdoor fun to be found than I thought.
Hi.
How are you doing?
Ba-ba-ba.
Is he Jack?
Well, it's finally sunny, but I'm actually leaving the island to go to Aititaki for a few days.
But you know what, the weather is always so nice there, so let's go.
I'm staying at Tairoto Bay.
It is on the lagoon side of Aititaki, close to where the Vodka Cruise launches from.
And there aren't any other properties on this side of the bay, so it really does feel like a secluded experience.
So my villa that I have the honor of staying at is called the Absolute Beachfront.
And it is actually insane how perfect this view is.
Since there aren't many villas on the property, I feel like I got this beach to myself.
And the inside of this villa is super spacious too.
It is so pretty. Oh my gosh.
Once again, I find myself in the most beautiful place that I've ever seen.
Look at that.
That's wild.
But yes, I'm here for a few nights.
And gonna do the Vodka Cruise.
Can you see it?
This guy.
Gonna do the Vodka Cruise again and meet my GT friends, obviously.
But yeah, exploring today.
Looking forward to it. Bye!
Walking to a place called the Boat Shed for dinner.
I think it's gonna be dark by the time I get back.
So I might order to go so I can finish up some edits while I'm in this beautiful accommodation.
Also, it's karaoke night and I am terrified.
It's cute.
Takeaway box.
Okay.
We got the ikamata, we got the sashimi, we got the chips and salad.
Salad, salad.
On my welcome thing.
You know, I'm trying to get the...
Look at that.
Good morning.
Today, I'm going on the Vodka Cruise, which I've been on before.
The islands are so pretty.
The water looks so nice.
Oh my gosh.
Nice water, huh?
We're going to a few little islands and snorkeling and I cannot wait.
See you there.
This really is my favorite lagoon cruise.
The water is the craziest neon turquoise blue I've ever seen.
And everything just kind of looks like a postcard.
It's kind of cloudy, but most of the photogenic locations are on the other side.
I'm trying to strategize your One Foot Island experience.
You know what?
As long as you've got two feet, we're good.
Donald Trump will be happy with you.
Thank you.
Yes, you can get your passport stamped here, but only at One Foot Island.
So make sure you bring your passport.
Also, if you are staying in one of those overwater bungalows,
you get your own boat back to your villa, which I thought was pretty cool.
I think it is shallow enough.
I can make it.
Such a nice day.
Oh my goodness.
A little bit cloudy when we're snorkeling at 1GT.
But here we go.
I'm hungry.
Let's try it.
Another flawless morning where everything is perfect and blue.
Time to take out the paddle board, get some exercise in,
soak up all the sunshine around me, then head to a secret snorkel charter.
Pretty.
We've got fruit, some bread, smoothie.
The nicest view ever.
Amazing.
I'm so sad to leave this place.
It's so amazing.
But yeah, heading back to Raro today.
I don't know if I'll be surfing because it's all super big.
But see you there.
Bye.
Finally back on Raro.
Not much on the schedule for me except some beach time with my favorite dogs,
getting some work done, chasing rainbows, and probably trying to find the best sunsets.
I'm so happy.
This morning.
Another surf session.
We will see how it goes.
That was fun but intense.
I hit the reef so hard.
Hold on.
Ew.
Well, if that wasn't enough adrenaline, I am heading out to learn how to jet ski.
Right now.
I have never driven to jet ski before, so let's see what happens.
Woo!
I did not expect to be doing donuts, but that was so much fun.
And it was really cool to explore around the island from that angle too.
Well, I'm officially back on island time, just enjoying the sun, getting some work done at the beach,
and probably another round of chasing sunsets.
I haven't checked out the Saturday markets yet, and since I leave tomorrow,
I figured today would be the day.
Hi.
So cute.
I can't believe it's time to go home.
I've been here a month, and it feels like I live here now, but it also went by so fast.
The Cook Islands really does have it all, even with the long streak of weird weather,
there was always just something to enjoy.
Hopefully you got to see why I love it here so much, and maybe you'll get to see it with your own eyes someday.
And as always, if you've followed along so far, thank you so much for watching,
and I will see you in the next adventure, wherever that may be.
Bye guys!
