'I had like $40 that they stole': Dozens of vehicle break-ins reported in Philadelphia

Philadelphia police are investigating after dozens of cars in Fairmount and Overbrook were broken into overnight.

The break-ins in Fairmount happened around 2:45 a.m. Wednesday and stretched across several blocks, according to police. Authorities said at least 20 cars were damaged. Sources said they are questioning possible suspects and they believe teenagers were responsible.

"My driver's side window was broken and so was a bunch of other people's on the street," said Jennifer Giblin, a Fairmount resident.
