Now as we come into the oversized entryway, you're going to see we have archways once again. You've got a beautiful, you know, chandelier there and the half barrel ceiling with some trim work all the way around. Very beautiful, very classic, sophisticated. And so as we come into the family room, look at this. Beautiful. I love that you have the beams. I just love the subduedness and the calmness of this home. You've got the floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace with the mantle. We actually have gas here. And look, so you've got a wall of windows looking out over onto the acreage. So we'll go out there in a second. But you know what? We're going to go this way before we go that way. Let's check out the secondary bedrooms. And I like the position of them because everything is private in this home. So let's call it this wing. You actually have, you know, a bedroom here. You can see good size, right? And then you've got a walk-in closet. There we go. Walk-in closet with shelving, rods, and then you actually have the bathroom. So we're going into and I like how they've done this feature. You know, you've got courts, you've got cabinetry, you've got mirror, decorative lighting trimmed out, and I kind of like this floating shelf at the bottom so that you could be placing some baskets or whatnot. Now this is a Jack and Jill. So you've got bath, and I like the way that they did the tile. So it's set this way, this way, that way, that way. So that's nice. If you're going to use tile like this, the subway tile, to actually put it in those different patterns to give it drama is beautiful. Love the window, love the floating shelves here. And then you also have the second, you know, part of the Jack and Jill, the vanity. So being very consistent. And then you can see, I always walk back here so y'all can see the depth of these rooms. So, and I can tell we got a good pad underneath here, but I like the archways going into the Jack and Jill. And then you can see that we've got, you know, a nice closet space there as well. So let's go check out the other side. And I, you know, this is, look at the archways once again. So let's go to this side so we can see what this side has to offer. So you've got another bedroom over here, and you can see that these are all good size. Everything is trimmed out. You've got the closet space. I mean, just, this is just, to me, just a very subdued, beautiful home. So now we're going to have an actual full bath. So this could be the, you know, the powder bath as well, entertaining. But people coming in, this is for this bedroom that you can see. So we're very consistent with the look and feel. I like that they actually did extra cabinetry in here. You know, so soft clothes all the way up on this wall for storage. And then we were very consistent with the tile once again. So let's go to this room, and you can see that if we bumped into this, that we would actually, so game room, media room. To me, this is more of a game room. But this could be a media room as well. I like the size of this, that there is no carpet. Look at the wall of windows here. Very generous size space, ready for whatever your needs are here. Game room, media room, however you'd like to use this playroom. But what I like too, is you've got access onto this patio two ways. So let me see here. All right, let's keep on going. I'll push that in in a second. All right, let's keep on going, and go to this side. So you can see we have a gourmet island kitchen, right? You probably can't see this, but I'm in love with this countertop. I like the color. I love that it's matte. But it's got these specks in it, so when you see the light on it, you can see it flash. It's beautiful. It goes really well with the gold. You know, here, look at the pendants, and then you've got all this workspace. So I love that they actually dropped in tons of cabinetry. Very nice cabinetry, that you actually have glass doors coming in here. We actually have all this for storage. You know, I just think it's pretty, and I like the two-tone of it all. I like this color. Like remember guys, everything is very consistent in here. All the colors, very monochromatic. So this has been very soothing and calming. But look at the mixtures. You've got that color, and then you've got like this white oak as well. So I like that they have a coffee bar here. You can see they have the microwave, they have the floating, you know, shelves, the double oven. You have lots of workspace here, and then it bumps into, you know, the dining room, which I like the decorative lighting here. Now once again, we have access from the living room going on to the back covered patio. So let's go this way. I'm going to go this way. So as we come over here, well, we're going to go into the primary suite. So we're going to go ahead and do this at this point in time, but I want you to check this out. Double tray ceilings, tons of trim work, right? And you've got a generous sized primary bedroom. Love the windows and love that you get to see all this when you wake, would wake up. So if you're going to drop in that pool, because most of the people are going to drop in pools here, just think you're going to be able to see all of that. And I like the fencing. I like that it's kind of this rustic type of fence. So as you enter into your primary bath, check this out. I really like this. I love the herringbone pattern on the floors, on the tile. Look at the custom cabinetry in there. His and her vanities, right? Hers has the really vanity she can be putting her makeup on. Very nice. And then his. Really like the lighting. Look at the decorative lighting. And I like this. I like that this is truly your wet area, right? So you've got his and her shower heads. You've got the floating, you know, tub, freestanding tub. And I like kind of all the, you know, that it's got some ledges around here. And I like that it's tiled all the way. And then you've got this glass. I just think it's beautiful. So you don't have to do curtain, you know, or shower curtains or anything. Just wet space. That's really pretty. So I like this too, because watch, when we walk in, the lights pop on and we're in the primary closet. And I love everything about this because you've got shelves and rods and cabinetry and more shelving and rods. So you've got winter clothes, summer clothes, and all of this and tons of space for shoes and handbags. And you've got the dressing mirror, right? So everything was thought of and definitely already done for you. This bumps you into the laundry room. And I like that this is a good size laundry room, but you have tons of space. Floating shelves. Look how they kind of made it a little bit more decorative here. Kind of a little bit of that farmhouse feel. And I like the color, the subdued sage kind of color, dark sage. So you've got rods and cabinetry and you've got more countertops to fold. And I like that they put these hooks here. So it's kind of a muddy room. You're coming and putting your backpack, your kiddo's backpack, and then we come out. Oh, oh, hold up. One other thing we got to talk about. This is a four-car garage, guys. You can't get this in Dallas. Up, up, up, you know, up north Dallas. Four-car garage at this price point. So we've got a four-car garage. We've got a sprinkler system. And you can see that we've got water heaters and we have a beautiful epoxied floor. Now look at the epoxy floor too. It matches with everything inside, being consistent. And I just think that calming, you know, calming feel. So that's nice. You can't get this. Now remember, this house is under a million and you've got a four-car garage on it and you've got top-rated schools. So the pantry. So I like that the pantry's generous size has all the right space. And as we come back out into this living space. So kitchen, living combo, which is beautiful. I really have enjoyed being in this home. I like the archways. But so guys, I'm going to tell you, you know, if you head on up north, you know, something of this nature to actually get into a gated community under a million dollars with everything. These custom finishes, like you can't get that up north. Not to mention we're about 30 miles away from downtown Dallas, right? We're top-rated schools. Midlothian ISD has such done such a great job at having exemplary schools. Not to mention this is the probably the fastest growing city in Ellis County.
