🌟 Recipe & Ingredients (so easy!)
Ingredients:
✔ 2.5g instant dry yeast
✔ 1½ teaspoons sugar
✔ 225ml room temperature water 💦
✔ 288g all-purpose flour 🌾
✔ 4g salt 🧂
Method:
✔ Mix the yeast and sugar with the water
✔ Add the flour and salt and mix until a dough forms
✔ Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes ⏱️
✔ Lightly wet your hands and stretch and fold the dough
✔ Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes
✔ Repeat the stretch-and-fold step once more
✔ Place the dough in a closed container and refrigerate overnight
✔ Shape the dough as shown in the video
✔ Let the dough rest for 40 minutes
✔ Add ½ cup of iced water to a hot tray in the oven to create steam 💦
✔ Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes until golden 🔥
