I needed a prop shield made of foam (for a later video) and I wanted to show how simple it can be.

You need one EVA foam mat (24x24 inch, 10mm thick, texture is optional), a few thin strips of 5mm foam, plastidip (optional), contact cement, and paint. The tools are a box-cutter knife, ruler, pen, heat-gun, and a rotary tool for detail.

I highly recommend the Rustoleum metal finish spray paints. The end result looks even better in real life compared to what you see here!
