This transcript tells the story of Thị Kính, a woman who suffers great injustice and seeks solace in Buddhism. After being falsely accused of attempting to kill her husband, she is cast out of her home. To escape further social stigma and suffering, she disguises herself as a man and enters the Vân Tử pagoda. Under the guidance of a master, she takes the name Kính Tâm and dedicates her life to spiritual practice, attempting to sever her earthly attachments and find peace through the Dharma.
