Ingredients:
🍋 First Layer (Biscuit Base)
100g biscuits (about 1 cup crushed biscuits)
45g melted butter (about 3 tbsp)
🍦 Second Layer (Yogurt Layer)
309g plain natural yogurt (about 1¼ cups)
2 tbsp sugar (about 25g)
16g vanilla sugar (about 1½ tbsp) or 1 tsp vanilla extract
80g milk powder (about 1 cup)
Bake in a preheated oven with the top heat only for 10 minutes at 150°C (300°F).

120ml lemon juice (about ½ cup)
2 tbsp sugar (about 25g)
A pinch of turmeric or a few strands of saffron (for that beautiful color!)
½ tbsp cornstarch (about 4g)
