DR Congo v Uganda (Case concerning armed activities)

In this international law case, the court considered the terms on which one country might invite military troops from another country into its territory. The inviting country may end that invitation at any time, and may limit the invitation in terms of the geographical areas the foreign troops may enter, and the objectives they may undertake.
