Praying For Jamaica 🇯🇲 Hurricane Melissa!!

Let's see Hey guys, so I'm making this video because right now a category 5 Hurricane Melissa is making landfall on Jamaica. It's a hundred eighty-five mile per hour winds and I was compelled to come and make this video right now. Just go live I've been watching the news for the past few days. I've been reaching out to a lot of friends down there I just met with warrior King who's from middle quarters and My heart's going out to everybody in Jamaica right now. That's affected by this hurricane I've been through a hurricane been to a few been through a few but It's a very very sad situation for the people of Jamaica For those of you who haven't been following the news Jamaica is make getting hit directly right now in the south right here in st Elizabeth is the map of Jamaica. It's getting hit right here and then going through Like st. Elizabeth then through Trelawney and then making way out and then through Cuba and then up through the Bahamas You know, my heart and prayers goes out to everybody in the Caribbean somebody calling But guys, I am I'm truly I'm in you know, I'm very very sad. I hope you guys are You know, I hope you guys evacuated because this is a hurricane 185 miles per hour winds 15 foot 20 foot waves if you're on the beach, you know, I spoke to sigh my buddy sigh From Treasure Beach man his hotel. This is this crazy Like it's gonna lose hotel like thought like I don't know what can survive a monster like this at this level So I've been through a hurricane 1992 hurricane Andrew hit Miami Hurricane Andrew hit Miami and it was a category 5. Sorry guys. I'm gonna turn this sound off But it was a category 5 Hurricane and It destroyed Miami. I went through with my family We all went to my uncle's house and my uncle his wife Three kids my parents my brother my sister and I think there was like I would think one other uncle was there But yeah, it was a crazy experience It was here, Miami. I went right here to Kings Creek. That's where they were And that night I remember we all like went into the living room when the living room and just all bunkered up is the only place where there wasn't almost any class that can like You know, especially because you know during a hurricane when winds are that bad things fly, you know, things are outside They're flying and the winds are going every direction. It's nuts. It's nuts And you hear things you hear like the house cracking, you know, like though that your roof couldn't fly off And I experienced like I remember that experience changed my life I mean went outside the next day and it was like every power line was down every single power line We didn't have power in Miami for like months like many many months It was crazy. I swear it was it was insane The National Guard came down after that because how bad Miami got hit the zoo everything fell. I mean The the water the level the the flooding that's what's scary, you know And especially like for Jamaica thinking about it, you know, like a lot of those places in the backcountry Especially driving through this area. So we recently drove from Kingston to Nick room. We drove through this whole area and You know, like I know the people there like if they didn't escape if they didn't leave They they are risking their life and this is very very serious situation I have here a buddy of mine down there from alligator pond So sad Avro Christian, that's his name Avro Christian alligator pond. He's the owner He just came out on CNN. It's crazy. I'm gonna read to you guys Okay, so the whole coastline is gone the locals business owner. So he said that let me see So it's a devastating hurricane. I mean the 15-foot swells coming through everybody alligator pond is crying out now. I'm sorry I never took the bus yesterday to go to higher ground while on the phone. The fierce winds could be heard Christian described the scene the sea level is coming over the wall and we're serious trouble. So I mean, this is nuts This is crazy the whole coastline is gone The whole coastline is gone. It's crazy It's unbelievable guys. I think we have to take a second to you know to really Doesn't matter your belief take a second here like 30 seconds here and let's just like Let's pray in our own ways to for the people of Jamaica that they they don't suffer Too much on this one. This is a very very scary situation. I Mean they can lose their power for like a year. I mean, that's what they say in South Floridian Yeah, very grateful, right? 2075 VJ very grateful that we haven't been hit Yeah, I'm sure a man of those heavy winds I mean those winds are no joke like I can't really put anything on here. Melissa has Hit Jamaica and they are under extreme You know hurricane threat right now Being in a hurricane is It's one of the scariest things I've ever gone through. It's probably the only thing I never want to do again I do actually have a crazy story Like a year and a half ago. I went to Was a year half a year ago I went to Vietnam and on the way to Vietnam Literally like leaving like leaving to Vietnam that were notified that there's a tsunami warning And it's the biggest tsunami to ever hit Hanoi hit and I arrived a day late I was like actually look at that. I arrived and things were actually functioning the next day, which is crazy It's crazy But um It was very scary like seeing that the eye went over her knowing and then when we landed we landed like six hours after they Opened they opened the air. They didn't even open the airport until we were like in the air We were like four hours away and then they opened the airport. Thank God and then we got in but it's like a I was just scared for the situation like it like how bad was gonna be and it actually was pretty good like Vietnam, Hanoi They did an amazing job cleaning up all the trees and cutting Like every single power line that fell like they fixed it I don't know how but They did a really really quick job Because in the five days that I was in Hanoi like they cleaned up the streets heavy first few days were intense though But um, but it was very very sad Very sad. Yeah guys again we have a hurricane and We're praying for Jamaica Let me ask you guys anybody been through a hurricane if you've been through a hurricane let me know in the comments I want to read your story. I haven't spoken to him since I know he's on a cruise as he was going to cruise for something They had booked But I know that the everybody on the cruise was from Jamaica so they're not even gonna be able to get off the cruise for a few days extra because Jamaica is gonna be closed for a bit a few days at least Before they open another airport because as soon as soon as the air soon as the hurricane hits This it's like today and tomorrow the big days right like by tomorrow. It's gone It's passes all Jamaica, but still heavy winds still coming up in the back bands. We have these huge bands and Those bands keep bringing in the heavy heavy rain and heavy waves So no matter what in the north, but even though it's coming through right now So it's coming through from the bottom right here Right coming through and then it goes like this to Trelawney and then it continues out and by like tomorrow night I'll be out here. But once it's out, it's still getting hit in the north. This part will be more safe But I mean they're very having to recover and then that alone is an ordeal like I know I know this is gonna be hard hard hit for Jamaica, I I Me and Nate we're talking about it for like two hours today and You know, I love I don't know what it is with the Jamaica Jamaica's changed my life and You know, it's people I love and I can't believe they're going through this right now. This is just like So so crazy Yeah hurricanes. It's like, you know, we take for granted what we have We really do because it's like the weather can change. It's like that's it. Like it was everything's what the **** and crazy crazy Yeah, guys, please. It was bad I remember like way to get insurance the insurance paid for all of it But thank God because it was like really bad. My parents like almost lost their house completely During a hurricane. I remember like it was like a pool in there like the door you get to the house Then you're already in the flood, you know, like it's crazy But yeah, hey so guys, you know over the next two days You know, let's let's keep an eye out And you know keep an eye out for the storm And see what this where it goes and how how these people recover. I'm really thinking about how I can do something down there Post I haven't thought about it. Truly. I just thought about today, you know I've been thinking about this because you know when we're when we're tracking the storm and that's one thing we've been looking at the past Few days when you're trying to storm it can change like abruptly they could really really change quickly The the trajectory like I don't know where it's just left or right but right now it's like official like Yeah, it's like over like if I show you guys So it's right there and then it's going through right here and then Tuesday at that time So by 8 p.m. It's here tonight Right and then my Wednesday morning, it's over here if it continues at the speed, but it does slow down when it hits ground But it's going like directly Jamaica This is what's saying it's saying that this is historic landfall in Jamaica There's a few people that have it live. There's a few people that have live cams right now Size sent me one. So I was watching it. Can't see that much One of the seats you see something but I guess can't see hurricane Melissa has made landfall near new hope so near new hope And I'm just gonna do like this guys One of the strongest Atlantic hurricanes in history Could devastate the island nation Disaster in the making Jamaica has never taken a hit from a category 5 ever. Oh my god. I didn't know that storm of the century for Jamaica Well, three people have already died in Jamaica three in Haiti and one in the DR Wow Wow, how's it possible? Tracking it. Yeah. I can't believe that I mean, I I know I know people died in Andrew to last time last time I lived in Florida the house almost had a bunch of cracks and was falling apart of it after the last hurricane I was in Florida five years ago.
