My Dad Tries Caribbean Food For The First Time!!

This is the ultimate Caribbean food showdown, and today I’m putting my dad to the test as he tries Caribbean food for the first time. I’m bringing together four of my favorite cuisines from Trinidad and Tobago, Jamaica, Guyana, and Haiti to see which one comes out on top.

We’re trying everything from Trini doubles and bake and shark to Jamaican patties and jerk chicken, Haitian legim, pikliz, and tasso, plus Guyanese bake and saltfish and plenty more along the way. Every country brings completely different flavors, spices, textures, and traditions to the table.

This is more than a food challenge. It’s a journey through Caribbean food, culture, family, and four incredible cuisines going head to head.
