Mel K, author, researcher, and independent investigative commentator, joins Lara Logan for Episode 79 of Going Rogue to discuss the Bank of International Settlements, Operation Paperclip, post-war intelligence networks, and the global power structures she believes emerged after World War II.
Mel K argues that the Bank of International Settlements acted as a financial hub during the war, allegedly moving Nazi-linked money through international banking channels while remaining protected from oversight and accountability.
The conversation expands into Operation Paperclip, Allen Dulles, Reinhard Gehlen, the post-war intelligence apparatus, and claims that former Nazi officials and networks were absorbed into Western institutions after the war.
Lara Logan argues that many Americans still do not fully understand the extent to which foreign influence, intelligence operations, and international banking systems shaped the modern geopolitical order.
Mel K also discusses newly released Argentina ratline documents, Chuck Grassley’s request to President Milei, and why she believes the public has only seen a fraction of what governments know about post-war Nazi escape networks and financial operations.
This discussion explores the Bank for International Settlements (BIS), alleging it served as a neutral hub for Nazi financial transactions during WWII. The speaker claims the BIS and connected central banks maintain an opaque, immune status today, while linking historical \"rat lines\" to a broader conspiracy involving Wall Street, intelligence agencies, and the infiltration of Nazis into Western institutions.
But in the end, what did the Bank of International Settlements end up being and doing and what has
it become now? Okay, well, yes, it was, it was established because after the First World War,
they wanted a bank that was neutral. Okay, and we've been told our whole lives that Switzerland
is neutral. Of course, it's in Bern, Switzerland. And here's the thing that people have to know
about the Bank of International Settlements. First of all, it was supposed to end Bretton Woods,
they wanted to end the Bank of International Settlements. But that was ignored. That's the
first thing. The second thing is that the Bank of International Settlements remained supposedly
neutral. But what they were really doing that entire time, 60 million people were victims of
the Nazis in World War Two, they were taking money and transferring money. And it was actually
business as usual, whether the money was coming from the gold from Czechoslovakia stolen,
or from the concentration camps or from one of the main people as the bank for the Nazis.
Yes, the entire war was Shreff. He was the head of the Reich Bank. He was Hitler's banker. Well,
he was on the board, you know, and and the other guy on the board, there was Norman,
who was running the Bank of England also on the board. But guess who else was there?
Two lawyers from Wall Street named Alan Dulles and his brother, John Foster Dulles. Yeah. And
the guy running the Bank of International Settlements that was taking all of the Nazi money
was a banker from America named McKittrick. So that entire Bank of International Settlements
that was supposed to go away in World War One rebirthed itself as the international bank to
keep financial transactions going through the entire World War Two as if there was no war.
Okay. So once you understand that, and then you understand that from there,
after they built this architecture to keep the Bank of International Settlements,
essentially completely protected. So the Bank of International Settlements to this day
is completely inviolable. What that means is that nobody has jurisdiction over it. Nobody can look
at their, they cannot be audited, they cannot have any legal action against them. They are
completely opaque, completely protected, and they also run all the central banks and nobody's
allowed to look at them. How do they run the central banks? I just don't understand that.
Well, they have meetings twice a year. Our Federal Reserve chair goes there and all the,
I believe there's 63 banks. And the craziest part is they all have immunity and they gave it to them
in 1945. So to this day, the Bank of International Settlements and 63 banks that are connected to
them, which are known as the private central banks, are completely immune from investigation,
I believe, including our Fed, which is why everyone went bananas when they wanted to ask
about the building of a Federal Reserve building that is neither Federal nor Reserve. And frankly,
it was a betrayal of this country by Wilson and the British. And everyone went nuts. And I said,
I think that the International Organization Act of 1945 still protects our Federal Reserve from us.
And I believe that to be true, but I know it's true for the Bank of International Settlements.
And I will tell you right now, people should know, when Malay won, Chuck Grassley.
You mean Malay in Argentina, the president of Argentina.
Chuck Grassley asked Malay to go and find the documents of the Nazi rat lines,
which is the money that they were getting out. I write about it in the Red House
section of my book. The money that they were getting out of Germany as fast as possible
before Hitler surrendered. This was planned. The Dulles brothers were in on it. The Bank of
England was in on it. The right bank was in on it. The whole world was of banking.
Wall Street was in on it. They wanted to get all the Nazi money, billions of dollars of looted and
I mean, out of France, out of Germany, out of Latvia, everywhere. They wanted to get that
money out of the country. And they used Argentina at one of the main hubs because Peron was on the
side of the Nazis. So all these years that was denied, even though they found both Eichmann
and Mengele had gone to and many other people from Operation Paperclip have had gone.
And then just for people, that's Dr. Joseph Memmela and Adolf Eichmann,
the Nazi commander who were two of the worst, two of the very, very, very,
very worst, most cruel, most sadistic, most murderous bastards that were operating in the war.
And, well, Mengele escaped accountability completely.
A thousand percent. I firmly believe that he came to America. But, you know, because
Operation Paperclip and Annie Jacobson wrote the best book about it. But it was the tip of the
iceberg. Many, many, many Nazis with their ideology came to America. And because of Dulles and a
partner of his, McCloy, they got new names. They brought their whole families. They all got new
names, whether they were put in Huntsville with NASA and Warner Brown, or they were at the Jet
Propulsion Lab in California or in Stanford or all of our Ivy League schools or the new school.
I mean, this was a giant undertaking. And so I just want people to know Chuck Grassley sent
a letter to Millais asking for the Rat Line information, which is what I'm talking about.
And Millais sent him 100,000 documents. And they are right now, UBS had taken over
Credit Suisse and they are tracking that. And I read from Chuck Grassley's website that they
expect to have a report out in mid-2026 that will change the way everyone views
what happened in World War Two. Now, I'm so cynical. I'm so cynical. I would urge everyone
out there to get hold of those documents and do their own investigation and make sure that it's
not a controlled operation that admits a certain amount, but steers people still in the direction
they want you to go. Even though Chuck Grassley's done a lot of good for a lot of things, but I
still have my reservations about all of these people. And what happens is you wait forever for
the Epstein files, you wait for the JFK files, you wait. And what you realize when all of them
come out is first of all, they drown you just in scale of documents so that no one really has the
time to work through all of them. Then that you use AI and you have no idea all these people use
AI. No one vets the AI. You have no idea what's accurate and what's not. And then on top of that,
you realize, oh my God, they scrubbed everything. They claim they're having a hearing on MKUltra.
They're not inviting anyone that's alive that suffered through it.
Yeah. And there are plenty, by the way, who are still alive, who suffered through it.
I know. And they burned a hundred thousand documents. So what do you think? They kept
the ones that they just like with Epstein. They scrubbed everything. So we get the crumbs.
We get the crumbs and we're left there like peasants to roll around in the dirt, picking
at the crumbs, trying to figure it all out while they're riding off into the sunset
with their massive bank accounts and no accountability. It just makes you sick.
Right. Well, had we, and this is why I think this is a consequential time and that it is a
whole different situation. Had JFK survived and done what he was going to do, I believe,
and his brother as well was very aware of the international threat and what was going on and
what was being built, we would not be here because again, NATO is another one of these tentacles.
That is their military. NATO is not a defensive force. And many Nazis went into NATO, including
the general of, of NATO. You know, you, you have to know about this. West Germany was essentially
run by Galen, who was Hitler's head of intelligence and Alan Dulles put them in
there. So West Germany was run by Nazis the entire second half of the cold war.
It just so much has been lie. Also speaking of Argentina, who was the head of the Catholic
church there, Francis, the last Pope. So, I mean, like all of this was decades of planning.
And I believe when Donald Trump got in there, they were like, Oh no, no, no. And that's why I say
the two against the United States was a global overthrow, 100% fully elected president of the
United States. Cause people, not everybody understands the difference between treason
and sedition. And the difference is that when you collaborate with foreign powers,
it goes from being seditious, subversive to being treasonous.
