Are you ready for this NEW 40 MIN STANDING Cardio ABS WORKOUT - Intense Fat Burn? You'll work through several rounds of fat burning cardio & challenging strength training bodyweight exercises, which make muscles lean and the body toned. The workout targets every major muscle group, incorporating moves to test your strength and endurance. We'll end with a quick stretch.
