This time, I'll introduce a simple recipe for "Matcha Steamed Buns" that doesn't require a steamer, uses pancake mix, and can be easily made in just one frying pan! It's a super easy recipe where you just mix and steam in a frying pan. Because it uses pancake mix, it's foolproof, and anyone can make fluffy and moist steamed buns. Furthermore, this time I've added white chocolate as a topping! It's perfect for everyday snacks, and since it can be frozen, it's also great for busy mornings! It's very delicious, so please give it a try!

■Ingredients (for 7 buns)
・Pancake mix 150g
・Milk 100ml
・Sugar 30g
・Egg 1
・Matcha powder 2 tsp
・Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
・White chocolate 40g

■Instructions
1. Beat the egg, then add the sugar, vegetable oil, and milk in that order, mixing well each time.

2. Sift together the pancake mix and matcha powder and mix.

3. Finely chop 2/3 of the white chocolate and add it to the batter, mixing well.

4. Pour the batter into a container and sprinkle the remaining white chocolate on top.

5. Boil about 1 cm of water in a frying pan, place the container in the pan, cover, and steam over medium-low heat for 10 minutes.
