📌Ingredients and recipe:
300 ml of warm milk.
70 g of sugar.
23 g of fresh yeast.
mix well.
100 g of melted butter.
7 g of vanilla sugar.
1 egg.
6 g of salt.
mix well.
650 g of wheat flour.
mix well with a spatula.
add the remaining flour.
knead the dough by hand.
Continue kneading the dough until it becomes smooth.
cover and let rise for an hour.
the dough rose like a cloud.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
Spread the surface with 200 g of pistachio cream.
Sprinkle over 100 g of ground walnuts.
Roll out the dough.
Place in a baking tray greased with butter.
make cuts with scissors.
cover and leave for 20 minutes.
Mix an egg yolk with a tablespoon of milk.
Bake at 170 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes.
sprinkle with powdered sugar on top.
