A little bit of a Savannah haul. First things first, I got Savannah square by square. Guys, I'm telling you, this is why Adam was my favorite. Like, look at how pretty this is. It's funny too because it's like, it's me otherwise. And sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. You cannot just say, sometimes you say, I don't want to do this. Like, this is, I don't ever say that. I say, Krista, this is being asked of us and we cannot do this. Good morning y'all. Happy Tuesday. I almost said Monday. We just got back from Savannah actually this weekend. Guys, I love Savannah. It is the cutest town ever. If you are someone who likes, like, design, cute little southern trip, east, it's like, obviously it is on the east coast and it is a southern town, but it's just like the most beautiful, cutest, most charming place. Also, like, I'm coming to terms with the I didn't necessarily, this frame is crooked and it's driving me crazy out of the corner of my eye. So just give me a second, you know? Like, oh my God. Okay. Anyway, I have come to terms with the fact that I do think that I'm someone who likes museums and not that that's like a bad thing. I just didn't really feel like that's me, but like, I love historical fiction. I love US history. I love design. I'm like, obviously I love museums. Like, why did it not click to me? It wasn't clocking up here, you know what I mean? So anyway, Charlie and I went this weekend. If you guys are interested in like what we did or any of the itinerary or anything like that, it's all on my Instagram and TikTok. I didn't vlog this weekend, but it was so much fun. We went on a ghost tour. That was amazing. We did the trolley tour, which was so fun because it's like hop on and off. We went to the needlepoint shop, obviously. We did a lot of shopping. So much so that we actually had to mail, it wasn't like a ton, but we did have to mail some stuff back because it was glass. I got me the cutest bunny I've ever seen for my Easter decor for next year. I'm obsessed with that. Anyway, it was such a fun trip. We're back. That was our trip knowing that like the coming months are just going to be really crazy. So we wanted like just a fun, leisurely, nice trip. I stayed at the Municipal Grand, by the way, if you guys are interested in doing a Savannah trip, highly recommend. I was staying there and like, I'm not coordinated enough with like plans on a trip to, also I'm not someone who like needs to be relaxed, but I'm not coordinated enough to like see how far the restaurants and stuff are from the hotel. Every reservation that I made was within a two to five minute walk of our hotel. Like that is how great of a location it was. I know there's like Hotel Bardo, which is like so stunning and perfect. Don't get me wrong. Like it's actually beautiful. We went there for drinks, but like, so as a Municipal Grand, but Hotel Bardo is a lot more expensive and it was like so far away compared to the rest of stuff. I mean, like the town is small, like the downtown squares, like it's literally 22 squares. You could do either or, but if you are interested in looking into the, because that was the two hotels I was looking into. I'm actually really glad that we went with the Municipal Grand, especially for that trip because it just made more sense like location wise. Anyway, you guys are probably clicking on this video, like trying to watch a week in my life or something and not like caring about my Savannah trip. But anyway, so much fun. I'm glad that I'm home. I woke up this morning and I went to a strength school class and now I am getting to work. I have a very crazy work week. This week we're recording four episodes tomorrow, which is like normally a 12 hour shoot day and I have to really like be on and ready and prepared and I'm so excited about all the episodes we're recording. They're going to be so good. And then on Thursday morning we are shooting all of our tabletop, which you guys know about obviously, but we're like teasing it and stuff on our Instagram. We are teasing it and stuff. Like the vlog viewers get to know right now because it's just too hard. But next week, actually on Sunday, we leave to go to Carmel to shoot a launch for May, which I won't be saying, but like you guys can like fill in the blanks. It's going to be amazing. I'm so excited about it. And then I just have a lot of work I need to get done. I hopefully have a friend coming to visit this weekend, but she did text me and she has a flu yesterday, so she might end up having to cancel. Anyway, I'm really excited. It's going to be really great week of like an entrepreneur at this point. Okay. That is what I am. But we got in last night and we actually started setting up the tabletop just to see how it's going to be for the photo shoot. And we're going to end up doing that all tonight and like steaming everything and getting ready. So anyway, I need to eat my breakfast and get to work because I've got a call with Southern Living at 11 and then I just have like meetings after meetings after meetings. It's Tuesday and I need to go get my nails done for the shoot because they're really bad. And I would just keep them like this forever if I didn't have to shoot next week. I've been doing this for like 10 years and I feel like my other platforms like grow a lot more and whatever you guys are doing with business and stuff. But I've been seeing all the comments of people who are like new and found the channel. So I'm just curious if you guys found it. Anyway, love you guys and I'm going to get to work. I always have one of these things playing on YouTube. So amazing. Anyway, right now I'm working for my iPad, which feels crazy. And that's because my laptop somehow died when it's on the charger. I think I just need a new laptop at the end of the day. So last week actually, I took you guys out home and I was looking for pots and they just didn't have like exactly what I was looking for in store, which I know that they have them because it's my favorite place in the world to shop for pots. They have the best prices and they have amazing, amazing pots. And what I like a lot about them is one, the price, because pots get so expensive, but also they have so many in different sizes. So it's really nice to keep everything together. Anyway, they have this like outdoor wicker one. I actually already have one out there. Pretty much so much of my house is either, it's either Wayfair or at home, like even outside, like a lot of that's at home. Anyway, I do like a lot of these baskets. And so I'm actually going to get like four of these. Oh, you can only get two. Okay, whatever. But I'm so lucky because, so I went in store and then they didn't have what I, I went on the day, like I go there so often, I know when they restock. I went on the day before they restocked and so they didn't have like all the stuff that I would need. So I was like, okay, I'll just come back. Anyway, then I got an email from them offering a deal and I was like, I was literally here today shopping, so please. So anyway, now I'm shopping for more pots right now, which I need for my patio, which ideally is happening on Saturday, the whole renovation thing, which like I'm really hoping it happens Saturday, but apparently it's supposed to rain, of course. So that'll push it back two more weeks. But anyway, I'm just deciding on which pots I'm going to use for the outdoor area. It's a very hard decision for me for some reason. I have like literally no idea why I like cannot make a decision just like literally for the life of me. I'm like, this is actually like so dumb, but it's okay, I'll get there. I was in the middle of a podcast recording for a Gilmore Girls podcast, Gilmore to say. I'm really excited about that and my laptop crashed and my, the Riverside app wasn't working on my phone or my iPad. I don't know. Anyway, I did get the rest of my meetings done, but that I feel so bad because it just crashed in the middle of it and like Riverside won't work. Like the app was crashing. You guys don't care about this stuff, but like it was so annoying. So anyway, with that being said, I'm literally on my way to the Apple store right now to get a new laptop because I just cannot deal with that again and I have so much to do. So I just need to get my laptop and get on it and then I'm gonna get my nails done and then back to the house to prep for the show. But I got triple A, 8 count meal, triple A sauce, um, lemonade, always. Just got the best manicure of my life. My first Russian manicure. Unbelievable. Right now I am back. I did a little bit of this last night, but we're setting up for the shoot. We're gonna do this in studio, but I just want to get photos to put it in a deck for the actual photo shoot. Originally we were gonna have a long table, but this is shorter or smaller than we thought it was gonna be, um, but Dolly's gonna be out here. We have like a whole thing happening. You guys will see this is just a little sneak peek, but right now Charlie and I are going through and like setting everything up and we'll have everything steamed and everything. We'll be good to go, but I'm loving this. It's gonna be so funny. Okay, I'm gonna take you guys through a walkthrough. This is early and this won't be happening much longer because our teasers are actually gonna be teasers, okay? So we're launching tabletop, obviously, so it's our tablecloths and then you also can get a set of placemats and then a set of napkins. They're all the same. This one I'm shooting, I just have this outside because this is, um, the very first sample and then we upgraded to this fabric. Literally doesn't matter. It's whatever. Irrelevant to you guys, but I mean it is for who are buying it. Irrelevant for like the video at this point in time. Anyway, um, we have our placemat and we have our napkins and my Dolly, my chicken napkin rings that I got on eBay and then we also have this chicken police card, right? Okay. More than anything, we have this with a fake chicken. It's very Ina Garten, Amy Poehler, you know? Oh, I should look and see if there's audios for that. Gotta figure that one out. Anyway, so this is gonna be the teaser for when we're launching tabletop, okay? Oh, and we also obviously have this thing. It's gonna be silent, okay? I'm gonna walk in. I'm gonna place this down to serve Dolly. I'll probably move that or something and I'll lift this up. Obviously, Dolly's chicken, so she's not gonna like that I'm serving her chicken. So she's gonna be like, what the? And then it's gonna be like beep or we'll do like a chicken noise or something. Is that what chicken noise is? Sure. Sure. Something like that. And then it's gonna say like it'll blur out or something and it's gonna be like tabletop coming, you know, April 30th or whatever. So I'm excited about that. If you guys came from the vlog when you see that, like I need you to still act so excited. Like this, it's not meant to ruin your experience. This is meant to get every single one of you to comment on my Instagram post how I'm a genius director, you know? So anyways, loving this. And then we have our other, we have the brown one as well. And this is fab. And we've already shot like our overhead stuff. See how this fabric is just more opaque and nicer? That's what we upgraded. Anyway, um, we've already shot some product shots, but we haven't done like this shoot that we're like launching, launching with. So I'm just laying that out to make sure. And then I'm gonna do this one to make sure. And then tomorrow we'll steam this, but it's pretty much set up. So we're pretty much good to go. We do have to bring the furniture, which will be something. And yeah, I'm feeling good about this. But there's that camaraderie of like, Oh, we're in so many female friendships, but then I also have two female friendship groups. I have one here and I still in touch. So I'm just hosting dinner for them. It's so fun because they're also like, Good morning, y'all. I haven't put a lip on yet, but today is a houseguest recording day and I have like a new, I'm really, really needing a new podcast cover. Like I need, I don't even have the hair color anymore. It was a great cover while it lasted. I feel like it was great, but you know what? We're moving on. Okay. And I have a vision and I've really just been waiting for the shirt to come out because like, I obviously have, you'll see when you see, you'll get it. But I'm like really loving where this is going. And I think that it's just going to be absolutely fabulous. Like this is exactly the direction that we need. I was listening to Monica Padman on conversation with cam today and they're talking about podcasts and I'm like, it just really inspired me. So anyway, they're going to be here in like 10 minutes. I'm only recording three episodes today now, which does make me feel a lot better doing one all on gardening. I'm doing one all on like Mahjong, grandma hobbies, all the things, needlepoint. And then I'm doing one with a Dallas influencer, Chris Colley. I always thought it was Chris kale. It's Chris Colley and I'm excited. So I am going to get back to work. They're going to be here in like a couple minutes. What happens is we record all the intros at the door first and then I won't record an interview until like two. So I've got time to like get to work. But guys, what I'm doing for this podcast, I mean like this is great. This is like my new era. I'm about to be entering a new era, you know? Good morning, y'all. Anyways, we're shooting the tabletop collection today, which is exciting. I'm so tired. Yesterday I didn't really vlog at all. It was recording day. It's just hard to vlog during recording days because there's a whole like video crew and stuff in and out of the house and then I'm just like podcasting so there's not much to say. Anyway, I'm excited for this shoot. We've got like a three hour block of the studio and then later today I've got a lot going on. But it's going to be a really fun day and this is our first time doing more of this vibe so I'm excited. It's so loud. Oh my god. Okay, it's cute here though. I like it. Can you make yours go down a little bit? Because this one looks fine. Dude, that's perfect. Is that alright? Or do you want me to move it a little bit? No, it looks pretty good. Just tie them. Like look at how pretty this is. I don't even know where I'll put this in my house but it's perfect. And then they just have everything. Like so much stuff. I placed an order earlier this week. And so I've picked up a couple of these things like that. But it is so good. All of this right here is gold. It's amazing. And again, guys, I'm telling you don't sleep on at home. Like even these. I love that. I love this. Like oh my god. No idea what I'd even use that for. I'll figure it out. I'm really having an issue because now I want everything like I want this too. It's so perfect. I'm getting two of these things. I love this. Like this. Oh my god, that's the best find. I'm getting this. Okay, it's my two favorite colors. I mean, it's a little bright for the yellow but we're gonna add this somewhere. Probably in a potting bench. This is really where things are getting tricky because I found the Easter sale and y'all know I love Easter now. But look at how cute these are. It's a little embroidered table runner. Oh, I messed up that sign myself but it's okay because I'm buying it. Anyway, how cute. Love that. This is some top tier at home shopping. It's seriously so good. Hey guys, I'm just having the best drive ever. Isn't this fun? Charlie said there's no way we're fitting all this in the car and I said where there's a will there's a way and look at me now. The whole trunk it's just hasn't been an issue for the past 12 hours. I still have my makeup on from literally 6 a.m. It's still, you know, I wouldn't say it's going strong but it's still going. I just got some work done. I also went on the Go More To Stay podcast. If you guys are Go More Girls fans, I'm sure you know about the podcast. I love them and then we just talked on the phone for like 30 minutes after. They're amazing. Like seriously, love them so much. If you guys like Go More Girls, such a good podcast and we just talked all things Go More Girls, hosting, community, all that stuff. So anyway, very exciting things because just got these in for our shoot next week. Hint, hint. And they're just so perfect. They're buttery yellow. I know, I'm like really going overboard with this. Buttery yellow rain boots. I want to make sure they even fit me because I put hunter rain boots on before and they looked kind of weird but I guess we'll see. Like okay, they work. They definitely fit like oh my god. How like cute are these though guys? I'm obsessed with these. That's so fun. Okay, update on my landscaping. It's actually getting done tomorrow. I should have done an at-home haul earlier but now I put everything away so I'll go through and share with you guys the good news is I will be able to do a Savannah haul because the stuff we shipped back came today. I need to figure out what I'm going to wear to the Morgan Julia pop-up. I want to go by and see one Morgan and also the team and the pop-up. I'm so excited they're doing the pop-up this weekend in Dallas. Obviously it will have been too late for y'all watching this to go but I'm posting it on Instagram and TikTok so hopefully if you guys are like needlepoint fans, you follow me there. But I just like do not know what I'm gonna wear. I texted Harrison in Caroline and they're gonna meet me there. Let's see. Like I really don't know what I'm gonna wear. I'm gonna have to figure this out and I'll be right back. Okay, here's what I'm wearing. This is an outfit of all staples in my closet. My favorite dress ever from Reformation. My favorite boots, these blue suede boots from Jacobas. The coat I've been wearing quite literally every single day and then I'm just gonna grab my yellow bag out there probably because it's just already backed and I just don't really change your bags and head off. But I'm so excited. I love a needlepoint shop and a pop-up. This is so cool. She did one of these in New York, I think like a year ago now. I don't know. I didn't get to go because obviously I'm in Texas but I'm really excited for her. It's just amazing. Morgan was like one of them when I got into needlepointing four years ago. She was one of the first people to DM and send me gifting. It was just like so nice. I met her very briefly on Nantucket and I just like think the world of her. I think she's just the cutest person and a genius. So I'm excited to go support and do a little bit of shopping hopefully. So let's go. I just got home and I'm very sad. I've got bad news for the Law & Order girls. Well good and bad news. Bad news first. Law & Order Organized Crime, which is what Charli and I are currently watching. We're on the last season, got canceled. I love that show and it's the Elliot Stabler's but all of you guys don't know about like Law & Order and then SVU. It's Olivia Benson, Organized Crime, it's Elliot Stabler and like I'm devastated and I thought for sure they weren't going to cancel that show until him and Olivia end up together. So if Elliot isn't back on SVU, which at this point would just throw the whole thing off. Anyways, devastated over that news. I did get a really exciting package from Crammel Kitchen. We used their special sauce in burger bowls, which I've been meaning to take a video of Charli making them because they're so so good. I'm also going to show you guys my Savannah haul. But anyway, Crammel Kitchen, the Caesar, the Ranch, Ketchup, Tzatziki style, Buffalo sauce. Anyway, here is a little bit of a Savannah haul. First things first, I got Savannah square by square. I have a video kind of similar or a book kind of similar like to this. Can I speak? From Nantucket and I just think it's cute to like commemorate our time in Savannah. And then also I got this, like I hope I have a single niece or nephew who will care or they won't. It's more for me. Gilmore Girls, our star follow family. How fitting for today. But guys, like look at how cute this is. I'm obsessed with that. So loving that. This is definitely like I'm just going to be like Sophie, you're 11, but you can read books with me. You know what I mean? I got two plates for the plate wall. This one needs to be clean. It's really definitely like cut up a little bit, but I got it because there's a Georgia peach on it. Look at how perfect it is for the plate wall. If you guys are new here, I have a plate wall at my dining room. I can show you in a second. And I'm right now I just have like a circle of plates, but my vision is to have the full, full, full, full wall, all plates. So now I'm just like collecting them as I go and getting this in travels and stuff. I don't want to just go buy everything in bulk. Like I'll definitely have to get some, like I will buy one, a thrift or like antique, like pretty much all of them or I'll get the one eBay if I want a specific one. Anyway, I don't want to just go buy everything bulk. Like I do want like, you know, your home should look like you and tell a story. So I do want like meaningful ones from travel and Charlie and I are traveling so much in the next six months. So my plan is to just get a bunch of plates. Maybe this will be like an end of year project. I'll collect them over this year. Then I saw these, actually Charlie found these and he's like, you would love them. And I'm like, I do love them. These little dishes, little cabbage dishes. I love cabbage, anything. And they're cute. I like them because I use them easily. Like you can use them in summer, of course, like fall, well for winter at least. Um, I also walked into the store. This was the real thing. And he pointed this out. He's very, he like knows my taste very well. He's like, he doesn't really know what things are. He just knows that I like certain colors and like cabbage, you know, cause he sees it every day, but he does have good taste. Cause his mom has good taste anyway. He's like, Oh, you would love that. Cause it's a funny and you guys know I'm obsessed with Easter now. And it's so cute. So I'm adding this to my Easter collection. And I'll always know this as we got this on a trip to Savannah. How cute. Okay. Now for my ornaments, I collect ornaments like everywhere I travel. I got this one that I thought was just so cute. Savannah with a cute little peach on it. There was really not as many peach things as you would think. I thought for sure I could get a peach needlepoint canvas. I didn't, I got it at, is it Forsyth park? I'm always like saying it incorrectly. So I don't even know. I think that it is. Then I have this peach ornament, how cute. And then I have this one. I normally only get one, but I liked all of them. It's this cute little Savannah city. How adorable. So anyway, that is my Savannah hall. We have to run to UPS really quickly and then get some stuff done, clean this house. Cause it's just become a mess this past week. I'm so excited because landscaping is coming in the morning and it's going to be literally a brand new house. All right, y'all say goodbye to my not so great landscaping. Okay. Cause it's gone tomorrow. Well, that's actually staying, but they're going to retrain it. So it's better. And it smells amazing because the Jasmine has bloomed. Like it's actually really pretty. It smells so good. And I can't wait for it to actually like be across my entire fence. But all of this, I mean, it's literally going to be a brand new house. I cannot wait. I love the pots that we chose. Um, I do know that they're not going to, I don't know if I said this in a blog already. I know that they're not going to hold up. So I'm going to move them under here and just see how long we can get them to last. We will see. So love that. Anyway, out here, we're going to do these ones right here. I don't know what I'm going to do with that pot somewhere else. If we need extra pots, we'll use these. If not, I really do want to bring them back to the garden. I got another order of these. They're from Wayfair. So I have six of them. Um, but they're in the actual garden area and I do plan on like moving that at some point. So I don't know. I also got this from At Home and I got it online. So that was going to be smaller, but it's really cute. Like I just love that. So anyway, that's probably not going to be outside. I don't know where I'm even going to put this thing, but it looks great. And then that will go over there. Like it's just going to be amazing. If y'all are in Dallas, I'm using Marigold Landscaping. They've been a dream to work with so far. I'm so excited about tomorrow. Like actually I'm over the moon. Good morning y'all. It's Friday. I just got back from my workout and they are doing the landscaping install right now. I'll show you guys. It looks so much better already. And they only started two hours ago. I actually cannot believe it. It looks insane. It looks so good. So cute. Okay. I'm going to show you guys some of the pieces that I got from At Home that are inside. This first off is from At Home. I've had it forever and I use it all the time. And I have normally like a basket for bread or not a basket for bread. Like a cake stand that I put bread in. It's literally right there. Anyway, love this and the fake florals. Sometimes, I mean you guys know I have fake hydrangeas all over my house. Those are from Amazon. I can have them linked and then I also have these green like flowers that are cute. Anyway, I like going with something that's more like this as well for fake flowers just because or like a fake floral. It just looks better. Like this is a good one. Love it. And then this I thought was so stunning. You guys saw me in At Home. I showed you guys this I know but I wanted to show you guys how I styled it. And then over here, I don't know what I'm going to do with these things for sure. I love them so much. I haven't even taken the tags off them but I love them so much. I think they're so stunning. Like this is probably my favorite At Home purchase ever. I just am obsessed with that and also I love yellow and brown. Like I just think it's literally perfect. So I moved some Ina Garten cookbooks here. I love this. I think it's really cute. Feels like it's going to rain outside but it's not. I just can't get over how good it looks guys. And they're so nice that this is the best team ever. Miracle Landscaping. Look at this. Look at how amazing my fence looks. It is so good. One last thing. I have this as well which I thought was cool and I'll just continue to style it just in different places. Also I have that yellow and brown birdhouse over there. That's so cute. It's literally been all week but I totally forgot to show you guys this. Charlie's actually out working in the garden right now. He's doing some sort of trellis thing. I'm not even really sure. So that garden bed was just falling apart and it got to the point where we needed to move it and it was pretty inexpensive. It did last me two years but I didn't take the best care of it. Anyway I had to replace it. I got this from Wayfair. I got two of them and they're so nice and it's nice because this we can grow things up which will be really convenient and I'm just really excited about it. I also think it looks better out here and I like the fact that it's all white out here now because it just reflects light better. So it's really bright back in this area. Also I did just get, hi Charlie, I did just get that umbrella. If you guys are looking for a good outdoor umbrella this was like 100 maybe 200 dollars which is really good for an outdoor umbrella. As if you would have an umbrella indoors. I don't know what I'm saying guys. Oh big stretch Fitzy. Oh my god you're so perfect. What are you doing? You fray it. Sometimes I forget that Charlie was in the army and I'm like like he would go and just live in the woods. Isn't that crazy? And now you live in like a house that's all pink with needlepoint and he goes to like needlepoint stores and he plays Mahjong. Like very different life that he's living. Anyway um he did finally fix along with our handyman because they're so big. The garden beds we've talked about this before. My dad and I built the garden beds. My dad and I are known to you know cut some corners and we ended up not putting the rods at the very bottom. So this time Bobby's like we need to fix that because my garden beds are like bulging out and now they're fixed and over time I can look even better. So guys look how cute this looks. Minus the pool being dirty but like it's about to rain. Coco! Oh god I think she's in the dirt. Oh there she is. Oh she looks so perfect. Coco look at me girl. Girl? She's not interested. Okay whatever. So it looks a lot better. So that's exciting and we do have our plants that have been planted. We haven't finished like all of this will be cleaned up and leveled out and it'll be way better. But for our cute, is that cucumber? Yeah. Charlie is. I'm a cucumber and then this one is the green finger. Good. So Charlie has to make, what are you doing? I'm gonna put like a staple in front and then put this up so that the cucumber starts to spiral around. Oh good. Yeah because it needs to grow up. Well that's good. Look at you being so handy. Then he fixed these two beds too. He'd already finished with Bobby the other two. So that's why these aren't full yet. We haven't planted in them just yet. And then over here just looks amazing. Look at that. Not to brag, not to brag. But I think it's looking great. I'm really excited about this potting bench. Awesome. Guys they told me that some of my flowers in my patio area that's being installed, some of them will like work as cut flowers so I can like make arrangements. They were like you can make arrangements at your home and I'm like honestly I think it's gonna be more of a like gift when I go to people's houses because I have so many fake flowers at this point. It's like I don't even know where I put the real ones you know. So anyway, just need to give you guys a little update because I've been pretty bad about updating on the house this week. It's just been whenever it's a recording in like a shoot week and then I also have like our biggest shoot yet for Friend of Mine on Monday, I just like can't speak you know. Like I need to like get, I don't know, it's just different than like the other work. Like what am I trying to say? I'm so tired I can't even speak. Anyway, it's just been a busy week is basically what I'm trying to say and I haven't been able to vlog as much but I do need to pack for Carmel today and do a little bit of a fitting situation but we do have samples that we sent edits on being overnighted. They were supposed to arrive here today. They're actually supposed to be here like a week ago and then we found out that they've been stuck so I don't know what's gonna happen. I need to problem solve. That's like basically what it is to run a small business is just problem solving non-stop but anyway. Coco loves the garden like she's always out here. I also love this thing and I need to figure out what I'm gonna put at the bottom so that I'm able to plant things. Bobby said we could plant cucumbers up this thing too. It's really funny because Charlie hates cucumbers. That's like the only thing that he doesn't like. We could pickle them. Yeah. That'd be fun and make drinks like he likes a cucumber drink. Our favorite drink ever actually is a cucumber drink but um we just have so many cucumbers in the garden but anyway it feels really nice out right now. I need to get back to my work. I'm just trying to procrastinate by vlogging but oh going inside. By the way y'all I did want to say two things. get back to work oh my god hey what are you guys doing here I was just hanging out in my new very very very fabulous backyard let me take you guys through okay the landscapers just left Miracle Landscaping because we're in Dallas or San Antonio cannot remind them enough and it literally looks like they are in all seriousness guys they actually transformed this into my like English garden oasis that I want a lot of color I want it to feel warm I don't want the color to feel like too all over the place like we wanted this retrained I thought it was going to be done for it they fixed it they're seriously miracle workers I mean it actually couldn't get better so come over here this birdbath actually Charlie picked out uh um where were we cow calloways yeah calloways um a really stunning birdbath I actually also have a fountain that I should have had them put somewhere it's too late now that's for sure but anyway it's really beautiful so over here all this stuff's going to be blooming really soon so it's going to be flowers there's limelight hydrangeas there's going to be a lot more color it's not going to be like just so green this is also going to grow up and trade up around like oh my god it's just a dream she also said that she planted more here than she normally would just because I wanted more of a full cozy look but she's saying you know just so you know like we're gonna have to like do a little bit of maintenance because of that but it's all totally fine then um over here they shaved off a little bit of the tree so it's easier for like the walkway and they gave me a little like potting mix area this is so convenient it's also great when I post for drinks honestly um but some of the flowers in there are going to be able to be cut flowers so this is my gin sorry if you guys watched my instrument tiktok I just filmed that but anyways I plan on shopping all the cut flower garden stuff cut flowers and making arrangements here with little pots and then that's going to be gifts for people and they can assist gifts and stuff if any of my friends decide to start hosting you know just me but like I'll give it to gifts as gifts you know this pot we just got from at home same with this one literally so cute like I didn't know they were going to be able to make that work and they made it work I also got this from at home forever ago and I would say like as much as they say like wicker does not like it's literally been sitting here for like a year and there's nothing wrong with it like it's totally fine um over here I have these pots these pots are wayfair I've gotten I've actually ordered these twice because I really like them and I have them in the garden on the other side of the house and then over here it just looks perfect like this has more flowers that have already bloomed obviously my darling back here is perfect this I cannot wait apparently this goes really quickly and it's gonna be so beautiful just like peeking through the windows we have these pots also from at home I just got them and they did a little mix of stuff here and I love that love this more boxwood I love boxwood like one thing about me I love boxwood and it's amazing they did such a good job and I feel like I have a new backyard and a new Nissan life like that's actually how I feel I'm going to be working from here the full rest of the afternoon it really feels like it's about to start pouring rain but it's supposed to not rain until tomorrow so anyway it looks amazing they killed it thank you guys so much seriously couldn't be a better situation like so perfect I can't get over it so I'm going to be sitting out here for the foreseeable future I'll keep you guys posted um but that's it for the tour thanks for coming it's a Friday night and I just got out of an 80 minute massage so peaceful and I have sushi waiting for me at home because I timed it perfectly to where it would be arriving whenever I finished good morning I just self-tanned it's Saturday it is pouring rain outside right now Charlie is actually on his way home from my lake house because it was my brother-in-law's bachelor party they actually are married now so he oh sorry so he is officially my brother-in-law my sister's getting married in Greece next month well it's her wedding in Greece next month they had their civil wedding here for grandparents because they obviously can't fly to Greece and also you have to get married in America anyway so he is officially my brother-in-law but anyways Charlie went to his bachelor party last night and he's on his way home Sierra is on her way over because her bridal shower is next weekend and we're gonna like put together some stuff from the hosting closet that she wants to use and I swear there's someone in my attic I think there's someone who lives here like I actually swear okay I need to pack for Carmel guys we have lots of drama with our Carmel shoot first up two of the most important samples that were supposed to arrive a week ago have not arrived and they're gonna arrive here the day that we're supposed to be shooting in Carmel I leave tomorrow so we've extended and we're hoping we can overnight them and get them I don't know it really sucks because we've spent like the most amount of money we've ever spent on a shoot not having any idea that this is going to happen I mean things always happen whatever it is what it is so finally I'm like okay we have a solve we'll overnight it from my house on Monday hopefully we'll get it Tuesday morning and then we'll shoot and I'll just get to LA later I have work in LA but I need to get there whatever so that's fine and then last night Haley texted me and said 95% chance of rain I'm like so anyway we're just gonna see what happens and go from there um I am not gonna actually like fully pack right this second but I am gonna start getting some stuff out I got this denim Ralph Lauren shirt like look how cute that is I actually think that'd be really cute for my trip I picked up these three shirts just I got searched on Instagram out and I was like I like them and the quality in person like I'm not dying for like this is not amazing uh it's like Susemes I guess but it's just this little tank top wrap top that it's fine like it's not anything crazy and these are really what I liked which like feels a little like trendy for the style that I'm going for but I feel like in the summer like I think that this would be really cute also these are like the Chanel flats they were like actually the colors cute right and like just wearing it with like some silk pants and some jewelry I like that and then I also got it in a blue and a green so I need to just get a billion pairs of silk pants because that's what I'm gonna be living in I also need to get new denim I really want to go to the denim whisperer in Dallas there's this woman guys that you go into her store she looks at you literally that's it and just gives you a bunch of jeans to try on apparently like you've never tried on a better fitting pair of jeans the woman has a talent so anyway I need to go do that oh I did lose my white J.Crew sweater I left it I think I'm like the tour bus or something in Savannah last weekend and I cannot go without that sweater because I wear it all the time anyway they didn't have it online so I ended up buying this one from J.Crew it's a little bit thicker and it is a v-neck I'm not sure like I don't feel amazing about a v-neck like I'm not necessarily a v-neck person I mainly just wear this like over my shoulders and I'll put it on at night but I do think it's like a really nice sweater I don't know I'm kind of like I used to really hate v-necks I can't really decide where I stand on them I'll get back to you guys I used to really hate them but you know okay I need to figure out I just gotta start I think I've gotta start somewhere when it comes to packing and I'll figure that out I like actually can knock it over my yellow rain boots I'm like should I wear them today I can't because I have a soft tan so they're gonna ruin them but like how amazing are these this with like this new coat that I just got oh my god it's so good I need to try everything on tonight and take photos but I'm gonna put my outfits out so then when I come back later I can try it all on and then just pack it up versus like picking things out so let's get going Sierra just showed up with lattes for us she makes the best lattes also I'm obsessed with the tracksuit oh you know you gotta do a little literally so cute anyway I'm packing for the shoot and then I'm packing for my week in LA because I'm recording we were doing so good look at how cute that's gonna be guys I actually I need to show you guys I did figure out because I wasn't sure about the top but this actually this is exactly how I've envisioned it styled so I'm feeling good about this we're just going shopping in my closets it's perfect guys I'm so glad you can come to Mackenzie Childs HQ this is insane so this is really convenient because I happen to have the colors that Sierra wanted also it worked out for the friend of mine tablecloths which are the only ones that I have that like I have tablecloths but not enough to where it would cover a full house with the same stuff you know what I mean so anyway all of the this mocha and the sterling check perfect wow this is perfect all right guys I've had the best Saturday ever Sierra came over we ended up meet appointing after we got some stuff done have I packed for tomorrow no I actually have started a little bit and now I'm meeting Harrison and Caroline again at Morgan Julia at the pop-up there they are and then we're going to Charlie's mom's house so it's gonna be fun okay guys I'm back from what ended up being like the best Saturday ever we ended up going antique shopping to the pop-up we went to a bar sardine one of my favorite restaurants I got all these cookbooks it was really just such a fabulous Saturday but anyways I'm back now finishing up packing and I'm gonna end this vlog here and I'll see you guys in California I have so much to do
