As a GP, I frequently see patients with fatigue. Over the last few years since the pandemic, I have noticed and increasing number of patients who haveed fatigue following viral infections. And several of those patients comment of issues with standing for prolonged period of time and raised heart rate. Some of these patients have subsequently diagnosed with pots, postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome. This was not a condition that's I was familiar with at Medical School, and results from an autonomic dysfunction due to various potential pathologies
