TMOLO House, designed by PYO arquitectos, is a thoughtful renovation of a long-abandoned farmhouse in Parrés, Spain. Originally consisting of a deteriorated main house and stable, the project preserves the original layout and materiality while introducing white concrete and local stone to reconstruct the façade. Inside, the design removes traditional partitions in favor of open, interconnected spaces, highlighted by a triple-height living area and a striking metal staircase. Four diamond-shaped vertical elements symbolize the owner's daughters and organize the space around them. The former stable was also repurposed, creating bedrooms upstairs and a versatile lounge below. The house blends rustic textures with contemporary design, offering a modern family retreat rooted in memory and place.
