$10k beef heist caught on video in Northeast Philadelphia | Exclusive

The most recent of several food cargo thefts was captured on surveillance video as police said a group stole $10,000 worth of beef from a tractor-trailer Thursday in Northeast Philadelphia.

The theft happened at around 4 a.m. along the 5200 block of Devereaux Street in the Wissinoming section, investigators said.

Action News obtained exclusive surveillance video showing suspects carrying boxes of meat over their heads and on their shoulders before loading them into vehicles.

People often wonder how it happens, and the video shows it all.
