Featuring a minimalist design, the house showcases simple geometric volumes, large openings that allow natural light and cross ventilation, and an organic walkway clad in biriba wood that connects the two building blocks. Materials such as dry pink concrete, natural wood, and stone strengthen the connection with the tropical environment. Situated in a high-end gated community, the residence offers comfort, exclusivity, and proximity to paradisiacal beaches.
