GARIFUNA COOKING: I met up with some locals and saw how they prepared mashed plantains and a delicious coconut-fish soup. The two dishes together are called hudut, and it’s basically Belizean comfort food!

NAIA RESORT AND RESIDENCES: After eating, we returned to our resort, where I give a quick tour of my beach house before hitting the pool and the beach!
