Be Water｜Shapeless, Formless, Fearless

Be Water is a 25-minute documentary about D, a shy Hong Kong high school student who finds his voice through the anti-extradition movement. His visiting cousin Sophia struggles to understand his transformation as tensions grow with Ricky, his sister’s fiancé, over opposing views. After uncovering deeper truths behind the unrest, D and Sophia commit to revealing them, and Sophia returns to Canada determined to continue advocating for Hong Kong.
