SHRIMP CAKE WITH RICE PAPER
INGREDIENTS
400g shrimp, 100g pork fat
20g cinnamon leaves, 1 chicken egg, 10 ice cubes
A little garlic, 6 to 8 rice paper sheets
1 teaspoon fish sauce (5g)
½ teaspoon sugar (3g)
½ teaspoon salt (1g)
½ teaspoon pepper (1g)
½ teaspoon MSG (1g)
1 tablespoon cornstarch (10g)
FISH SAUCE (1 tablespoon garlic)
1 tablespoon chili (10g)
1 tablespoon palm sugar (15g)
1 tablespoon fish sauce (15g)
1 tablespoon water (15g) ¼ lemon (squeeze on when serving)
Note:
When frying, use medium heat. If eating with rice, dip in fish sauce, chili sauce, or ketchup.
