I Now Have a Separate Channel called “Dad’s Faith Channel”
New channel
Hey kids,
I truly hope you’re well today!
You may have noticed that I removed the series on tough questions from this channel.
When I decided to do that series, I was hoping to help make sense of the deeper questions in life.
As I have always said, there’s more to life than unclogging a toilet.
As I mentioned, I see far too many people, especially our youth struggling with anxiety, depression and a lack of hope.
My faith gives me hope, and the word gospel means good news, I would honestly say it’s not good news, it’s the best news ever, so I was hoping to share that good news with you.
Unfortunately, many people were offended and it kind of went off the rails.
I have never been one who wants to corner people and make them feel trapped, or forced to hear what I have to say.
I think part of being a man is apologizing when you’ve done something wrong, so I wanted to take a moment to apologize to you.
I’m sorry if that felt like it came out of nowhere… like a bit of a jump scare.
That wasn’t my intention, and I hope you can forgive me.
I also want to apologize if some of my responses came across harsh. I was honestly a little surprised by how vicious some people were, so I probably got a little defensive.
So moving forward, I want to be more intentional.
This channel will stay focused on what it’s always been about—practical help, encouragement, and showing up for you in a way that’s useful and relatable.
And for those of you who do want to hear more about the deeper conversations, including my faith—I have started a separate channel for that.
called “Dads Faith Channel”.
It’s already active, and I have moved my series on tough questions there.
That way, you can choose what you want to be a part of, and nothing feels forced, or like someone is dragging you to church.
I appreciate all of you—seriously. Even your honest feedback. It means you care enough to say something, and I respect that.
Thanks for being here.
God bless you
