Ingredients:
3 Eggs
150g (3/4 cup) Sugar
A pinch of salt
100ml (1/3 cup) Vegetable oil (better add oil before milk)
240ml (1 cup) Warm Milk
250g (2 cups) Flour (Add in two stages)
15g (3 tsp) Baking powder

Add 1/3 of the dough to a separate bowl
Two shots of espresso coffee (30ml)

Sprinkle on top:
70g Chocolate chips
30g Chopped walnuts

Baking pan 23x23cm (9x9inch)
Bake at 180°C (350°F) 40-45 min
