This Highland Homes inventory home started at $820,000 and it's been reduced to $675,000. It's a single-story backing to trees and a lake. Let's take a look. We are in a gated community of Astor Park and we're getting into this Highland Home that's been marked down $145,000. It's got these nice high ceilings, this really long hallway. This thing is priced at $675,000 and that's not even aiming at tree prices. Let me just say that. This thing on a greenbelt lot in a gated community, like I said, Prosper ISD. Even if you're just trying to right size, this could be a good opportunity. They have an activity director. Here's your linen closet. They have an activity director that puts on events and that sort of thing. A lot of retirees are moving into a place like this because they're not ready for like kind of that 55 and over but this is a good transitional next step to right size your home. This is a perfect opportunity for that. Here is your home office if you're still in the workforce or maybe you're that young couple that are looking to get into this. This is definitely an option for you. Definitely good size. You've got LVP on the floor. Not my favorite. Yeah, I'm with you on that. I think it's a great layout of a house though. So even if you wanted to build, they have some specials going on right here. Here is your utility room and then you have another secondary bedroom with its own en suite and closet. Now this secondary bedroom is the largest of the secondary bedrooms and because the other ones are fairly small. Yeah, I would think that this house is perfect for like I said an empty nest couple like you and I can live here pretty comfortably. Right. Or like a really just starting out family with maybe uh you know not even school-aged children kind of deal you know like just getting started this might be a great option for you. All right now we're going to take look at these other um secondary bedrooms but first we'll check. Oh look at this. Oh it's one side and then oh and then the other side. It's a pretty good size closet really. Yeah and then you've got a guest bath right here but it's also the bathroom for these two rooms. And these are both on the small side. They are but if you have just people like you know your kids come back to stay for with you at Christmas or something like that then that's perfect. They're perfect guest rooms. Let's be honest. And the other one is exactly the same so I'm just going to kind of show it right here. We don't need to get too comfortable. And then we're going to go into the main part of the house. All right. No fireplace in this one. All right that's a deal killer for me. We have a lot of clients who just do not want a fireplace. I know people laugh at us because we're like fireplace people and we live in Texas but hey you know to each their own. Look at this. You got this nice buffet. I like this. I could picture all the different food combinations you got going here which are entertaining. This would be a good spot for those munchies. No fireplace but you've got like the tv area. I could picture a big sectional here. It's a very comfortable living space. You could fit a huge tv on that wall. The nice thing about it is you can you're coming back here you can see it plenty. Yeah. So it's a really good size and I love how it faces this green belt which is really nice. Yeah we need to get out there and show that because that's pretty neat because there's a lake on the other side. Well I guess they call it a lake but it's not quite a lake. Man-made. It's a Texas lake. Yeah exactly. But this is a nice comfortable everything that you would expect. You know you've got nice quality soft clothes. You've got everything that you would expect with a highland home you get. Five burner cooktop. The snack closet is pretty small. Oh it is small. But like I said like a for this size home that that's you know for you and I that would be perfect. Yeah. Exactly and then you've got like a little dining space over here with a little bench. All these windows. You got the window coverings with it too. So that's a nice little savings. And like I said with to me I like I just picture every time we walk these models I picture our clients that we're kind of helping right now. And we're helping some empty nesters as well as a young family. I could just really picture something like this that's kind of the avatar for this home. And the price at $675 you get a gated community. You get some of the best schools in Texas. And then like I said overlooking this is nice. I like that. It's all evergreen. So you always got that privacy year round. Yeah this is nice. And then right over there you can see the lake on the other side. So it makes you kind of feel like you're in the mountains a little bit. Yeah no you got your gas. So yeah I mean you could do you could do quite a bit with this out here. It's nice and private. I like that. Well let's take a look at this primary. All right so we go around. They've got these nice windows right here. A little bit of a bump out. Not a huge one. Yeah but even that gives you a little bit of a few more feet. Which I like. Obviously you've got the high ceilings. This is very comfortable. Good size especially for the square footage. You come into the ensuite. Now you're not skipping on amenities. You've got your big soaking tub. You've got a shower that is just like a standard shower. It's not a jewel box Patrice because it has this. It does have the edges on it. It's a jewel box light shower. Has a vanity which is nice. Just put a little mirror right there. It's got the vanity. It's got the curling iron. I call it the curling iron. Not yours. And then what size closet does it have in here? The size closet is not big. Oh no it's not. But hey if you're retiring. You just need shorts and t-shirts right? I'm just I'm just chilling right. I'm not I don't have suits anymore. Not that I do now but you know that sort of thing. So what do you guys think? I mean is this the right size? Is this kind of what you guys are looking for?
