Imagine you save your whole life, decades of hard work,
careful decisions, putting money away you can't spend
so that future you is taken care of.
You put it in your 401k, you trust the system,
but now the rules are quietly being rewritten,
not to protect your money,
but to give Wall Street access to it.
Trump administration is finalizing an executive order
that would allow 401k retirement plans
to invest in private equity.
Private equity, private credit is a mess.
Less liquid, less transparent.
The 401k market, it's 8 trillion.
If private equity can get to 5%, they're at zero now.
I mean, we're talking about $400 billion.
You know what, if private credit goes,
the Fed's gonna have no choice but to bail it out.
Last August, an executive order was signed
instructing the DOL and the SEC
to open America's $14 trillion retirement market,
your 401k, your IRA,
to something called private credit and private equity.
Now, the narrative is that this is a wonderful thing,
that it gives everyday Americans the same opportunity
that wealthy investors have had for years.
But what they're not telling you
is that there is a catastrophic meltdown
happening right now in private credit
and that smart money, those in the know,
are running for the exits,
looking for anyone to hold the bag.
But they already have a plan in place
and it involves you and your retirement.
But to understand what's at stake,
we first have to break down what exactly private credit is
and why Wall Street is so eager
to get it into your retirement at this very moment.
When you take out a traditional bank loan,
there's a framework around it.
There's reporting, regulation, oversight.
You might not love banks, you'd be in good company,
but at least there's the illusion of a framework around it.
But private credit, they operate outside of that framework.
They don't even pretend because they don't have to.
Think of names in private credit like Apollo or Blackstone,
non-bank entities that have no regulation,
no oversight, and no price disclosures,
which, as you can imagine, makes it ripe for risk.
But that is exactly why it has grown so exponentially
up to a multi-trillion dollar industry that we know of.
But like all good things, they can't last forever.
Eventually, the profits dry up, which brings us to today,
the exact moment where Wall Street is trying
to dump this risk into your retirement
at a time when redemptions or funds
are exiting private credit in record levels
because those in the know understand the risk
that is coming next.
See, private credit requires a constant pool of new funding.
If you're thinking Ponzi scheme,
it's not that all private credit is inherently bad
or a scam, but there are articles coming out now
likening much of what's been going on to Enron.
And as institutional buyers are pulling back,
there is a gap that needs to be funded,
which is where America's retirement market comes into play.
Goldman Sachs, Blackstone, Apollo,
they're all building retirement products right now.
But it has become very clear that the reason
that they wanna put this into retirement
is because Wall Street has a supply issue,
meaning this isn't in anyone's best interest.
This is clearly just because Wall Street
has to offload this onto someone else.
You're the lucky buyer they decided on.
Now, many of you might be going, oh no, not me,
but let me ask you a question.
Tell me your thoughts in the comments below.
Do you know exactly what's in your retirement?
Do you know what your 401k is invested in?
Tell me below if you know exactly
what your retirement contains.
If you don't, you're not alone.
It's how the system is designed.
They don't want you asking questions
or wondering what you're invested in.
They wanna tell you everything's fine.
Here's your profit, go on your merry way.
But it's very important to understand
what you're invested in.
Keep that thought in mind.
Think of your 401k like a checking account.
And at a certain point in time,
you're going to want access to those funds,
whether it's 65, 70, 75,
however many years from now,
or if you're already there today.
When you need it, you expect to be able to access it.
Well, forget even the funds not being there
or this private credit crashing.
What happens when private credit blocks the exits?
It's something that we have just seen
over the last few weeks.
Many of these funds are not interested in being liquid.
Oftentimes you have to hold for extended periods of time.
They also can change the rules on you.
Like Blue Owl who halted investor redemptions
because they could.
Imagine that happening within your retirement account,
the one that you need to survive.
You expect to be able to access your funds.
The market is going through stress and guess what?
They tell you, oh, not today, maybe not for a quarter,
maybe not for a year.
Would you be able to survive?
Is it really yours if they can dictate how you access it?
Up to 40% of private credit loans
are concentrated in software companies,
companies that many of these investors thought
would be routine, predictable payouts,
but instead AI is disrupting the space
much faster than anyone thought,
causing significant losses.
Losses that we don't even fully know the scope of
because of the lack of reporting
and how well they're able to hide
the true value of their assets.
Think about this, private credit grew
because banks were restricted following 2008.
So the risk never actually disappeared.
It just moved off of traditional US bank balance sheets
and into shadow banking sector,
private credit, private equity.
But the banks are still at risk
because they are in bed with the shadow banking sector.
They have exposure,
meaning as private credit risk continues to increase,
so does your bank risk.
And now they're taking it even a step further.
They're putting it directly into your 401k, into your IRA,
most of the time without people even realizing
this is what's gonna happen.
There's an old saying on Wall Street
that when retail investors come in,
it's because institutional investors
have already gotten out.
They are looking for somewhere to put this risk.
They don't wanna be responsible for any more,
but they can't just walk away because it's too big.
That's where your retirement comes in.
I don't want anyone out there falling for this.
It shouldn't surprise me, but it never fails to shock me.
The level that they will stoop to
putting you and your retirement at risk for their profit.
But that's how it's always gone throughout history.
And this time is no different.
The only thing that we can really do to take our power back
is to make sure we're protected outside of their system.
Now, many of you watching,
I know that there isn't enough time to make mistakes
or have second chances, right?
Everyone who's close to retirement
or is looking at that point in time
wants to make sure they're protected,
especially as the dollar continues to decline,
as they continue to devalue the currency,
and we live through this accelerating monetary reset.
This is exactly why I am so excited to announce
