Nana's worries eventually lead her to gently ask Haran about her feelings, noticing how downcast she seems after Chan suddenly leaves for the U.S. She asks Haran whether she regrets getting close to Sinu Chan. Haran then answers simply, yes I do. Her response leaves us wondering whether she means it in another sense, perhaps regretting that she does not get to know him sooner, or thinking about the many other positive things she has come to realize about him.
