Step inside to this amazing comfortable family villa, guys.
And as I step in, you know, the first thing I see is tons and tons of greenery.
I love how the owners incorporated lots of nature and that vibrant warm feel as you step in.
You know, the air is very fresh, has a beautiful design as well, which you will see very shortly.
You've got a pool set right in between,
three bedrooms, living size of 190 meters squared.
Now come and follow me. Let's look further.
As you step in further along the villa,
you can be greeted with the sunken sofa just in the middle of this whole thing.
It's a great spot to take a picture, first of all,
because you can see the whole facade and this whole layout of the villa, which is very, very cool.
You're overlooking the whole space.
You've got a thick glass over here, which allows you to see underwater,
which I think is very cool and overall good space to be in.
Stepping out from the sunken sofa,
you're going to be greeted by the space living room with a very unique design.
Behind me, we've got the dining table, a kitchen island over here,
which has a lot of black terrazzo incorporated in it.
And also the wood that they've used on the ceiling top has all the necessities you'll ever need.
And another living space over to my right hand side with a lava stone covering up the wall,
which is very, very cool.
And again, same thing you saw on the outdoor space,
greenery as well here, making the area feel more vibrant.
Stepping out of the living room space,
we're going to go and check out the two identical bedrooms before we head to the masters.
One is situated over to my left here and another one right next to it.
So we're going to go ahead and check this out.
Come on in.
Stepping into one of the two identical bedrooms here,
they have such a flawless design overall,
a very comfortable space to be in and also comes with its ensuite bathroom
with a flawless design pocket garden and a small window above
to allow natural light to come through.
Now moving along on the other side of where we were just at,
we're going to go ahead and tour the master bedroom now.
Here we are in the master bedroom.
Master bedroom pretty much has the same features, just different layout.
Same kind of materials that they've used here.
As you can see the black terrazzo all throughout the wood that they've used on the ceiling.
All the colors really match well together.
You've also got couch over there to my right.
Bed right here, closet, lots of space to store all your necessities.
And furthermore, we've also got the ensuite bathroom.
Now all the bedrooms have their ensuite bathroom.
This one in particular is much more spacious
and it also has a black terrazzo bathtub with a pocket garden.
Glass ceilings still allow natural light to come through overall.
A wonderful space to be in and very, very nice.
