1) 4 eggs
150 g sugar
a pinch of salt
vanillin
3 tbsp (50 g) butter
1 tsp baking powder
120 g flour
30 g Cocoa

For the cream:
500 g heavy cream (30% or higher)
200 g boiled condensed milk
For the syrup:
200 ml strong tea

20 ml cognac
For sprinkling: 50 g nuts

Bake the cakes for 20-25 minutes in a 24 cm pan in a well-heated oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
