INGREDIENTS for the chocolate sponge cake

35 g cocoa
3 g (teaspoon) baking powder
6 large eggs
220 g sugar
8 g vanilla sugar
a pinch of salt
15 g cornstarch
150 ml milk
Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius on the middle rack, without fan, for about 45 minutes, until a skewer comes out clean.
