Well, just like the pimple patches on my face, Dwayne The Rock Johnson has some issues and
they're really big ones.
So if you look up Dwayne Johnson's name right now on the internet, of course, you're going
to see a myriad of different things.
Because he's, after all, one of the most, I guess, prolific male actors on the space
right now in Hollywood.
But more importantly, the top headlines are going to be talking about how he's had to
lose weight.
Specifically, he had to lose weight for a new movie coming out called The Smashing Machine
and it's based on MMA.
It's specifically he is going to be playing an MMA fighter.
Now we all know Dwayne's hilarious history and career as a movie star, basically featuring
himself forcefully on tons of different movies, ruining them because he has special clauses
and contracts saying that he can't lose fights.
He has to be the guy who's basically directing the show in the background if he's going to
act in the movie.
So if he doesn't like a scene, he gets to cut it or change it however he sees fit.
And then those movies flop.
It happens time and time again with almost every single movie the man's in.
Not only that, lots of other controversial issues as well, like lying about eating at
In-N-Out.
Like he said he never ate at In-N-Out, but he posted eating at In-N-Out several different
times.
Just some really weird stuff.
Also lying about his cheat day calories, saying that he eats like 15,000 calories every Friday
and Wednesday of the week or something like that.
I do eat five to six, sometimes seven meals a day.
I was probably at that time ingesting about anywhere between six to, I would say possible
almost 8,000 calories a day.
Just really weird kind of sketchy behavior.
One of the most known lies of Dwayne The Rock Johnson is that he's completely natural.
That he has never taken any substance that is performance enhancing.
He's just an anti-guy.
I think you and I both know that that is absolutely false.
As a 53 year old man, it's pretty hard to sit at a staggering 250 plus pounds year round
absolutely jacked to the gills shredded 24 sevens.
It's really not possible and it's especially not possible if you're drinking, getting poor
sleep as he reportedly does, and many other things that are manly.
And also your physique doesn't get simultaneously better as you age.
It's not like linear progression as you get into your fifties and your sixties.
There's this peak that you hit and that's usually around your thirties.
But in this case, we just see him continuing to grow into his sixties.
Odd.
Well, this new role apparently is asking for him to lose a ton of weight, but there's something
interesting going on here because all of the headlines state that, well, Dwayne is doing
it for the role.
It's for the role.
But something that went kind of under the radar that I didn't talk about, I haven't
heard many other people talk about is Dwayne had some health issues.
He had specifically some cardiovascular potential disease issues on June 11th in 2025, a recent
article from wrestling news.com came out basically saying that Dwayne talks about his serious
heart scare and advocates for protective health.
In this interview, he describes how he went through some deeper data driven looks at his
Interesting choice of words there.
This inspired him to advocate a little bit more for being proactive with your wellness.
This guy, you just can't get enough of being the holy grail of I'm whole.
Everyone should look at me as the embodiment of perfect, whatever.
He goes on to talk about the heart scans that he did.
Initially, they came back generally fine after some routine checks, but his daughter shared
some initial concerns with findings that weren't so great.
Again, in rocks and words, everything looked great.
Thank God, knock on wood.
And then there was what looked like some stuff like a buildup of what they call plaque in
the circumflex artery.
Right. Question mark.
And when we looked at it on an old school MRI and the scans, it looked like it had built
up. And then immediately the call to action was, all right, well, let's get you on
medication. It's a multi month medication.
And here we go. We've got to get it right away.
And I thought, God, and I was so hesitant because I wasn't taking any medication.
Let's be for real, brother.
You were hesitant because you didn't want to get off to ruin the personal brand that
you've made yourself with your physique, because truly, that's all you really bring to
the table. It's you're not a great actor or I would call as it is not a great actor.
You need to leave.
Then he called another doctor, which suggested he gets an eye scan done.
Never heard of that before.
This report said that everything looks great and that the anatomical things were just
making it look like he had some issues with blockage in his heart.
But there's actually no buildup.
Those valves look great. And to come back in three years, look, this I don't know if
this is just, you know, the rock's poor translation of these things, because that's
not the terminology doctors would use.
Cardiologists would use when describing these serious incidents.
This is not how they would describe it.
There's also other tests, not AI scans.
I've never heard of AI scans that are done specifically to check cardiovascular
issues, right? Like CAC scans, which is really important to as you get into that 50s
age range, you want to get a CAC scan.
This is a coronary artery calcium score.
And essentially what it's doing is it's using low dose CT in your your blood to scan
basically for any measurable amount of calcium buildup from that test.
You then get a CAC score and this score can be really important to understand and
know because essentially it's telling you directly, hey, here's the amount of calcium
that we're finding. There's also echocardiograms, EKGs, many other things, not
just an AI scan, which I just find so weird to kind of scratch my head out.
If you have all of these resources, if you're one of the most prolific actors in the
space of Hollywood, which we know you have multi millions of dollars, you've made
billion dollar brand deals.
Why are we getting other tests?
I mean, literally a calcium scan is is like ninety nine dollars privately.
It's a very simple test.
It's done very regularly, especially it should be.
You're getting to the ages of 40 up, but I don't understand what kind of state he's
saying. Oh, it's just an anatomical thing.
There's no buildup. What kind of buildup?
Where are we talking about this buildup being?
I mean, how serious is this buildup?
What's your CAC score?
Let's talk about that.
What is your echocardiogram have to say?
The actual ultrasound of your heart and its function.
What's your ejection fraction?
You know, what's your average blood pressure across the week?
These numbers are far more significant and conducive to actual cardiovascular disease
risk than whatever he's trying to describe.
I really don't know. So so here's my assumption, right?
Because I don't know if you guys watch the Joe Rogan interview with Dwayne The Rock
Johnson, but it was hysterical.
The man couldn't answer any question.
He just had to simply ask back the questions he was being asked by Joe Rogan,
because anything that is damning to his image that's not in his favor is just
simply something he's going to completely push away from.
Even if it's just a question.
I have the feeling that this is probably something very similar here,
where we're seeing an individual try to stray away from what is actually
happening, which is probably a real health scare from long-term,
long-term steroidal abuse,
using tons of gear for his wrestling career from the start of his wrestling
career, from his football career into his now acting career.
The demand has been higher and higher on him to have a better and better physique.
And we've reached the pinnacle, which is in his 50s.
And now we're seeing the trend of, oh ----, it's catching up to me.
My health is catching up to me.
And so now we see this skinny version,
like genuinely skinny version of The Rock compared to what he usually is
saying that he's lost over 50 pounds.
Now, how does somebody who has very little body fat lose almost strictly
lean muscle mass?
I mean, he's not any more shredded.
It doesn't seem by his face or his arms and the vascularity that we're seeing as
he normally would be. I mean,
how do you go from 50 pounds heavier,
completely lean body mass to 50 pounds lighter,
all sacrifice in body mass, lean body mass, right? It's pretty simple.
You take the steroids out, you stop taking anabolic stimulus,
and that's going to reduce a ton of the lean muscle mass.
There's this cope out there that you'll be able to keep a lot of your muscle
mass. Once you come off of steroids, it is not true.
It is a very false cope. You can keep a lot of it definitely.
But if you're going back down to TRT levels in all actuality,
you can sustain more. You're going to lose it over some long duration of time.
But especially if you cut it all out,
like if you get a health scare and you're like, Oh my God,
I'm just going to stop doing everything.
You're going to lose a lot really, really fast.
So realistically what I think is happening is a true,
a true health scare had happened, right?
Where he actually did get some really good information.
He actually collected data in multiple heart tests, right?
Multiple cardiovascular circulatory tests. And it wasn't great.
He probably got some really bad info and needed to do something and knew he
needed to do something. That was the very simple thing of removing steroids.
Stop lasting as much steroids as he probably was to maintain the physique that
he was having.
This then led to him losing a ton of weight over the next several months and
just happened to line up with this movie coming out.
Or maybe the movie didn't even care.
Maybe they just thought he was a good fit for the role and he happened to be a
lot skinnier. And so now they're running it. But the truth be told, I mean,
the guy you're not losing 50 pounds of lean mass in a couple of months.
You just, that just doesn't happen. If you built that muscle naturally,
like he says,
you're going to keep that muscle and it's going to be really hard to shed unless
you quite literally are starving yourself intentionally starving yourself.
I'm talking, you know, eating ridiculous, limited amounts of calories,
but what we would also see is an extremely lean physique.
And speaking as somebody who's worked with bodybuilders for the past six years,
directly one-on-one, you know, as extremely lean physique, their arms,
their chest, their face. I mean, everything is totally obvious.
The cords in their arms are almost always visible.
Their face is completely sunken in, in the cheeks.
They look almost skeletal like here. We're not seeing that.
So if you really lost 50 pounds, you'd imagine he'd be bone dry,
lean bone dry, lean 24 seven. I was just, it's just not here. I don't know.
It's really interesting. It's kind of a shame to see, honestly, because, well,
I guess it's actually not because we could be sitting here saying, Hey guys,
you know,
the rock passed away and they did an autopsy and found out that, Hey,
he did have anabolics in his system.
Potentially those were the things that had ended his life due to cardiovascular
complications. Unfortunate that this happened. We talked about it,
but it is as it is. Hopefully we can learn from it.
Instead we're seeing a guy who's alive, still much skinnier, but alive.
Still. My thought though, is once this health issue gets, you know,
cleared as per the AI testing. Yeah. Not a,
not a great idea behind that concept.
Just because of the error rate of AI still being so prevalent. I mean,
that's insane, right? Over half the amount of times you prompt Jackie PT,
it hallucinates. So anyways, that's a whole different topic,
but mainly what I mean to say is I don't think rock's ego is going to allow him
to stay small. I, even if it's at a detriment of his own health,
we've seen this time and time again with other people within the fitness
industry and steroid users. They know they're going to die,
but they keep taking steroids.
Boston Lloyd is a really good example of this.
He knew health was an absolute travesty.
He knew that he was not on the right path. He kept taking steroids.
There's deaths everywhere. People die of cancer, you know, every day, you know,
and you, because, Oh, it's a bodybuilder and steroids are related. Oh, and it's,
you know, it has to be steroid related. Oh, this and that.
And it could very well be, I'm not saying it's not,
but all I'm saying is that as a person who loves this,
this is what I wake up for every morning. There is no way out.
You can't just be like, Oh, I don't,
I'm not going to do what I love because 10 years down the road,
I may get this or 20 years down the road, or it may speed up my cancer or whatever,
whatever it may be.
Some people just cannot relieve themselves of the lifestyle.
They cannot stop pinning their ass with gear because it makes them look a
certain way.
And they've built their entire image and lifestyle around the way that they look.
And so getting away from it as near impossible because everyone associates you
as that guy, as the big guy. And when you're small,
it's all anyone will ever notice again. I don't know. What do you think?
