450g bread flour 高筋面粉
240g water or milk 水/牛奶
50g Honey 蜂蜜
20g + 15g sugar 白糖
5g active dry yeast 活性干酵母
1 tsp vanilla 香草精
25g + 15g unsalted butter 无盐黄油
1 Tbsp white sesame seeds 白芝麻
Egg wash 蛋液
Utane Dough 汤种：
80g water 水
20g bread flour 高筋面粉
