Delicious, melt-in-your-mouth ribs in an aromatic sauce – is there anything more yummy? 🍽👍 I first tried this recipe on a trip to Italy and instantly fell in love with it! 🍖🌿
To make the sauce rich and flavorful, and to ensure the ribs retain all their juices while developing the delicate taste and aroma of a crispy crust, coat them in a mixture of flour and spices before cooking.

📝 Ingredients:
🔹 2 tbsp flour.
🔹 1 tsp salt.
🔹 1 tsp black pepper.
🔹 1 kg pork ribs.
⏱️ Brown the ribs on all sides.
🔹 Diced onion.
🔹 Bell peppers.
🔹 Carrots.
⏱️ Sauté the vegetables for 5-8 minutes.
🔹 150 ml white wine.
🔹 200 ml vegetable broth or water.
🔹 A sprig of thyme.
⏱️ Simmer for 40-50 minutes.
🔹 Zucchini.
🔹 A few ripe and sweet cherry tomatoes.
🔹 Salt.
⏱️ Simmer for 8-10 minutes.
🔹 Parsley.
🔹 A few large potatoes.
🔹 Olive oil.
🔹 Salt.
🔹 Rosemary.
⏱️ Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C.
🔹 Butter.
🔹 Cheese.
⏱️ Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
