You can add more garlic.
250 g oats.
Salt to taste.
Sweet paprika.
Some favorite spices, such as curry.
1/2 glass of water.
Blend with an immersion blender.
5 g dry yeast.
Let rise in a warm place for 15 minutes.
20 g sunflower seeds.
20 g sesame seeds.
Sauté in a frying pan.
30 g flaxseeds.
