INGREDIENTS
Cookie Dough
▢ 197 g all-purpose flour (≈ 1½ cups + 2 tbsp)
▢ 1 tsp cornstarch
▢ ½ tsp baking soda
▢ ¼ tsp baking powder
▢ ⅓ tsp salt
▢ 80 g cream cheese (≈ 2¾ oz), softened
▢ 120 g unsalted butter (½ cup + 1 tbsp), very soft
▢ 70 g granulated sugar (⅓ cup)
▢ 70 g brown sugar (⅓ cup), packed
▢ 1 egg
▢ 1 tsp vanilla extract
▢ Pink gel food colouring, to taste

▢ 30–50 g white chocolate chips
▢ 95–105 g Oreos, chopped (9–11 cookies)
▢ Extra Oreos + white chocolate, for topping
