Here is a second workout to hit that long head of the triceps! This is a continuation of part one found here https://youtu.be/wu2sxJYI3gE. Remember, because the long head originates on the infraglenoid tubercle of the scapula, full contraction is only possible with the shoulder joint hyperextended behind the back!
