I Went Back to Fix My Biggest Riding Mistake

On my first real ride on a motorcycle, one simple mistake exposed a weakness in my riding… and it scared me a little. So I practiced in my driveway and then went back to the same spot.
In this ride, I focus on slow speed control, slow speed maneuvers, friction zone work, tight figure 8s, U-turns, and most importantly — stopping and starting on the same hill that gave me trouble before.
If you ride, you know slow speed control is where real skill is built. That’s what today was about — fixing what needs fixing and getting better one ride at a time.
