RECIPE:

1 cup of rolled oats.
3 eggs.

2 tablespoons of coconut oil.
Fry over medium heat.
1 pear.
Peel and chop into small pieces.

Fry over medium heat until golden brown.
Juice of half a lemon.
Add to the fruit.
Cinnamon.
Fry for 3-5 minutes.
Apples and pears are ready!
The oatmeal is ready!
Add the roasted fruit.
Mix thoroughly.
2-3 tablespoons of honey.
60g raisins.
Rinse with hot water.
Dry with kitchen paper.
30 g dried apricots.
Rinse with hot water.
Dry with kitchen paper.
Add the raisins and mix.
Chop the dried apricots.
Add to the dough.
1 tsp baking powder.
Mix thoroughly.
Olive oil.
Spread the dough evenly.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (350 °F) for 50 minutes.
2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt/sour cream.
1 tsp honey.
Walnuts.
Minced meat.

Salt.
250 ml of water.

Cover and let soak for 15 minutes.
50g sunflower seeds.
Lightly toast in a dry pan.
The dough is ready!
Add the roasted sunflower seeds.
Olive oil.
Shape into a loaf.
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar.
You can also use regular cold water.
Sesame seeds.
Cover.
Bake in the oven at 180 °C for 60–70 minutes.
1 avocado.
Peel and chop.
Juice of half a lemon.
2 tablespoons of ricotta.
Mix well.
Salt.
Black pepper.
2 cloves of garlic.
1 red bell pepper.
Chop finely.
Parsley.
Mix everything well.
