Delicious and Super Easy Sandwich Spread Sauce - The Best of the Best

INGREDIENTS:
3 tablespoons finely chopped onion
3 tablespoons finely chopped red bell pepper
3 tablespoons finely chopped sweet and sour gherkins
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 pinch ground black pepper
1 cup mayonnaise (300g)
3 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
