Episode 408

Another day of speed training as we continue to work on Gavin's sprinting form, his acceleration, and improving his 40 time and his top speed.  No new PR's in those areas BUT he did get a PR in his 5-10-5 shuttle run!  He's practiced it a few times since our initial timing when we did the OVR Overall Score.  He struggled that 1st day because he didn't have good cleats but also because he was gearing down and transitioning very well.  So he got those corrected and set a new PR!
