Ingredients and Recipe:
1. This is the tastiest and easiest croissant recipe! I finally found it!
400 ml water (2 cups or 13.5 fluid ounces)
8 g yeast (2 teaspoons or 0.3 ounces)
15 g sugar (2 teaspoons or 0.5 ounces)
1. Whisk well
630–650 g flour (4 cups or 22.7 ounces)
5 g salt (1 teaspoon or 0.2 ounces)
2. Mix well with a spatula
Vegetable oil 40 ml (1/5 cup or 1.4 fluid ounces)
3. Place the dough on the table and knead for 3-4 minutes

5. Long kneading is not necessary; everything is quite simple here

7. Cover the dough with a towel for 10-15 minutes.
8. Roll the dough out to 40 x 75 cm.
150 g butter (1 cup or 5.3 fluid ounces)
9. Spread the dough with butter.

13. Cut the dough in half.
14. Place the dough in the freezer for 1 hour.

19. Prepare the filling.
350 g feta cheese or cottage cheese (2 cups or 12.3 ounces)
1 egg
5 g oregano (1 teaspoon or 0.2 ounces)
3 g salt (1/2 tsp or 0.1 ounces)
20. Mix well.
21. The croissant dough is ready.
22. Roll the dough out to 35 x 40 cm.
23. Trim the edges.
24. Cut the dough into croissants.
25. Distribute the filling on top.
26. Shape the croissants.
27. Place the croissants on a baking sheet.
28. Shape the remaining croissants.
29. They are incredibly airy! This method is fantastic!
30. Cover the croissants and let them rest for 35-40 minutes.
31. Our croissants have risen; just look at how airy they are!
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp milk
32. Brush with a pastry brush.
33. Bake at 180 °C (360 °F) for 30 minutes.
34. What beautiful, golden-brown, and airy croissants!
35. We are making a delicious tea.
1 slice of lemon
30 g frozen berries (2 tbsp or 1 ounce)
8 g black tea (2 tsp or 0.3 ounces)
36. Pour boiling water over it and let it steep for 5 minutes.
