Homemade bread is warm, fragrant, with a crispy crust and a soft crumb. It is easy to prepare and tastes as if a small bakery has settled in your home.

🥖 Ingredients:
450 ml warm water
30 ml vegetable oil
1 tbsp sugar
7 g dry yeast
3 cups sifted wheat flour
1 tsp salt
(I used a total of about 600 g of flour – depending on the dough consistency.)

🍞 Preparation:
Dissolve the sugar and yeast in warm water and stir well. Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes to activate the yeast.
Add the vegetable oil. Gradually knead in the sifted flour until a soft dough forms. Finally, add the salt.
I knead the dough thoroughly, first in a bowl, then on the work surface.
I add a little flour to prevent the dough from sticking to my hands.
Grease the bowl with oil, place the dough inside, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
Dust the work surface with flour and roll out the dough on it.
Fold as shown in the video and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Shape the loaf.
Cover and let it rest for another 20–25 minutes.
Before baking:
Lightly dust with flour,
make cuts with a knife or blade,
spray with water.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (350 °F) for 30–35 minutes.
