Recipe 1

Ingredients

11–12 chicken wings

Water

2 tablespoons baking powder

2 teaspoons vinegar

A good option is to use baking powder and vinegar to clean the meat.
It also helps make the texture softer if we let it sit for 10–15 minutes.
Rinse well with plenty of water and pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.

Salt and black pepper

1 teaspoon paprika

2 teaspoons sesame seeds

2 teaspoons oregano

3 garlic cloves

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon honey

4 tablespoons soy sauce

1 teaspoon mustard

Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C / 380°F for 20 minutes.

Gingerbread (ginger)
If you are using ginger for the first time, I recommend using a small amount and experimenting with the taste and aroma.

2 carrots

1 zucchini

2 tablespoons sesame oil

Exotic oils are very trendy and are said to be healthier for frying.
Today I’m using sesame oil because of its flavor and aroma when cooking vegetables.
If you want to fry safely, make sure you don’t exceed the recommended maximum temperature for the oil you are using.

Salt

Cook uncovered over medium heat for 10 minutes.

6–7 mushrooms

Cover and cook for another 7–8 minutes.

Turn the chicken wings and bake for another 12 minutes.
With this cooking time and temperature, we make sure the thickest wing reaches a minimum temperature of 74°C / 165°F, which is the recommended safe temperature for cooking chicken.
