Beat the students.
Auden is very committed to the sport.
So is Ray.
Ray, traditionally a hook puller.
Every once in a while we see him top roll, but it's not very common.
Auden, you know, likes to hit that King's move, but he's young.
I'm hearing rumors of him working a hook.
He told me he was going to hook Ray first round.
That's surprising. We're going to find out here.
Looks like he's been working his speed as well.
Let's see if he gets a good fast hit on Ray here.
This is going to tell a lot here.
Here it is.
Wow.
Riding his speed.
Good stuff.
A little sideways.
Good stuff.
That's a shock to a lot of people.
I put up a poll with 70% think Coach Ray is going to win this match.
70%?
Yeah, I think it was 70 to 30.
People thinking Coach Ray is going to beat Auden.
What?
Yeah.
Ray's awesome.
Auden, I mean, so young.
Still moving forward.
Every time we see him, stronger and stronger.
Absolutely.
It's just a matter of time, really.
Let's see if Ray can switch something up here.
So I'm wondering, is Ray going to try to go inside his normal move again?
Or is he going to...
I mean, Auden pulled through him there.
But I don't think Ray really embraced the hook and committed everything.
It looked like he was trying to get outside a little bit.
So if Ray actually goes for the hook as well,
it can change a lot when you initiate a hook,
rather than being pulled into one.
Let's see if he can get offensive with his supination.
Get Auden turned on his pronator.
Straight to the straps.
Ray better figure something out.
This is going to be over quick.
Yeah, that was a quick round one.
Speedy.
So later on when I go for my match,
we're going to have Ray in here in the booth.
So you guys can all roast him.
If you lose.
We're about to see.
Trying to get a grip.
Auden did that.
That's super needed.
Get him off the back of my hand grip.
Hate that.
Oh, this one is best of seven.
We've just been told.
We've just been told best of seven this round.
All right, all right.
We'll give some more time for adjustments.
Setting up, here we go.
Set right through into the traditional set up.
He just pulls his elbow off the top.
Professional foul there.
What do you mean?
That wasn't on purpose.
He got turned palm up.
He said, let me get out of there.
Like I said, a little different when Ray initiates.
A little different.
Let's see if Auden hits defensively into the fingers.
Or what is he going to do?
Is he going to try to avoid that supination?
I think we see a case.
Yeah, I think we see a case move out on right now.
But we'll see.
If he has more conventional ways to stop Ray,
I'm not sure.
But Ray looked pretty dominant sideways up there.
He felt something that felt better than round one there.
He's caught, he's caught.
Go!
Elbow foul, Ray.
Another elbow foul.
He took his elbow off again.
Looks like he wants to save his energy.
Oh, wow.
I think he's got to stay in the hand of Ray.
If he gets sucked in like that, it's not looking good.
Oh, so they're doing a pure, if Auden gets in the hook with Ray,
Auden just lifts up.
That looks to be their game plan so far.
It looks to be.
Well, that makes it pretty simple for Ray.
It's not very complicated at this point.
They'll just shoot in, dive in.
Yeah, I mean, I do think Auden hits that Kings,
especially now at some point I think he goes to the Kings.
How he's going to get there or what position he's in by the time he gets there
is going to be a big factor for sure.
Let's see.
Devon's got some advice for Auden in the corner.
Let's see if that's what happens.
Ray already back at the table.
Pulling the shirt up, trying to show the guns.
Oh, yeah, he's getting confident now.
Don't count out Auden.
He's probably going to get in in round one.
He definitely has options.
I mean, Auden can do a lot of things too,
but like I said earlier with the last match,
just do you have the strength to pull it off.
But he definitely has some options.
That's the know-how for sure.
Back to the straps.
I mean, applying the straps every round really saves a lot of time.
Some people might be wondering why they keep doing it,
but yeah, once they go to the straps the first round.
I agree.
Do you think the buckle is going to be a big factor in this?
It shouldn't be as much of a factor with established arm wrestlers like this
that know what a buckle does and does not do.
It shouldn't be that big of a factor.
Let's see what happens.
Ray again seems to be loading more in the setup than he was in round one.
He's staying high.
Let's see if he chops down.
I definitely expect him to chop for sure.
This is Auden.
He's going to swing out defensively maybe.
That readjustment is hard because Auden's arm is so much longer
that when Ray tried to re-grip higher, he fell.
But there's a way.
There's a way.
Because that wasn't even his match this far from over.
We're at a test of seven.
They have to win three more matches.
It's one-to-one.
Oh, man.
I'm way too fat to do this.
There ain't no way.
A lot of matches.
It's for the small guy.
Go!
Yeah, Ray's climbing.
He's being patient.
But it looks like his wrist is starting to buckle slightly.
Wrist, right?
That's a foul.
Foul on each.
One foul on each.
One-to-one.
And see, the thing about that is how much did that take out of Ray's arm?
Yeah, yeah.
I mean, sometimes once you lose your wrist, it's hard to get it back.
You can see that the endurance is a factor here.
The rest of this match is going to look like King's move versus Ray
trying to sink that hook and drive sideways.
You know what he's got.
I'm not looking.
Go!
Ray trying to collect.
He's trying to play it smart.
He's trying to save his gas tank, not burn himself out.
And timing his hits.
He's got to be patient.
He's got to win two more times.
See if he has enough endurance.
Man, Ray showing a ton of experience there by collecting himself
and not rushing the hits.
And he's trying to let Auden kind of gas out a little bit.
And that way, he knows the pin is going to be just a pin by an inch
by a centimeter.
And so he needs to have himself collected every time he tries
to go for one of those pins and give it everything he has.
Absolutely.
He's got to be very patient and technical with his approach here.
But now, at this point, I mean, there's a weird space where Auden's at.
I mean, it's like a lot of fundamentals are not working.
Although, Auden, that was a very good pin.
No, not.
Almost time for round four.
Two to one for Coach Ray.
What are you trying right now?
That's a good question.
I mean, I think he's just got to continue to attack Ray's hand and wrist.
I mean, he's only got either flat pressure, maybe king's move,
and then try to transition eventually.
But his fundamental is not really seeming to work.
What do you think?
Yeah, I mean, the wrist hasn't been completely compromised.
Auden's wrist isn't absolutely destroyed.
It's more of his arm, right?
His arm's been ripped open.
So that's a tough thing to not have here.
I look like this.
Ray's wrist was more compromised that time, though.
Ray's wrist is back.
Absolutely.
Ray just has to maintain integrity, not let him get part of these chains,
these links in these chains, like these joints.
If they start failing, it's going to be a rough day.
This is already an absolute war.
You see Auden looking very sweaty.
He's putting in the work.
See if he can get another stop here.
He gets a stop.
I'm good, I'm good.
No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.
He's being pretty strict with the king's move calls.
What do you think about that?
Do you think they just let him play?
It looks like they were more strict that round.
The previous round, it was kind of a defensive position.
His elbow kind of maybe looked like it came off the pad almost,
but they didn't call it one of the previous rounds.
But we'll see.
Well, I mean, if I was Ray,
I would be complaining so much to go call and throw.
Please watch it.
For sure.
Even if it's on.
I expect the larynx to get a little bit louder,
complaining about that call here as time goes on.
Elbow, elbow.
Guys, this is it.
So this is.
What do you want to do?
What do you mean?
You don't want to go inside?
Ray only needs one more pin.
I mean, it's possible.
There's definitely cracks showing in Ray's armor.
Like his wrist was busted back a little bit more that time.
He's starting to try to hit with pronation,
kind of like a topzilla, top roll type of thing.
Right, right, right.
He's trying to find a way, but just has to get it done.
One more time?
This is it.
Probably hoping and praying that Auden gets another foul.
A Kings move foul.
Let's see.
Once again, goes right to the Kings move.
Ray is surging pretty aggressively.
Auden very stretched out.
Trying to hit those adjustments.
Auden dancing at the back of the pad.
Humorous just barely staying in there.
There's so many good flying from Ray.
Ray trying to keep him at the cuffing.
A new strap for sure.
You go against a Kings mover, you get a new strap every time.
This is it.
No more fouls for Auden or he loses.
Devin probably getting a family credo.
Same thing?
Same thing, only harder.
Devin, by the script, this is the moment where I throw the match.
I fake an injury.
Oh, heart attack or something.
I don't want to tell you.
I'm doing my best.
And coach Ray wins.
You know he's got some choice words for Devin.
Looks like they're already talking together, Devin and Ray.
Does that mean that Auden is Ray's student if Ray wins it?
I suppose.
I suppose that's how it works.
All right.
One foul on Auden.
Three to one for coach Ray.
Looks like Auden is starting to do some shenanigans on the set up.
Now he's trying to load into the hand and wrist, into the fingers.
In the set up.
I wonder.
So obviously Ray's had more side pressure so far.
But if Auden gets slammed into a block, right?
That's a good question.
Would it be able to transition better?
That's a good question.
I wonder.
Let's see if he commits to a flop or if he just goes right to King's move again.
Have we seen a flop?
Is that in the repertoire?
I'm not quite sure.
Go!
Auden goes for a left hand.
No!
Next!
