Sugar 150g (3/4 cup)
Oil 150ml (2/3 cup)
Milk 180ml (3/4 cup)
Flour 225g (1 and 1/2 cups)
Unsweetened cocoa powder 16g (2 tablespoons)
Baking powder 8g (2 teaspoons)
Baking soda 2g (1/2 tsp)
21×21cm baking dish
175°C (350°F) bake for 35_40 minutes.

For the vanilla cream:
Milk 360ml (1 and 1/2 cups)
Corn starch 3 tablespoons
Sugar 5 tablespoons
heavy cream 2 tablespoons
Place over low heat until thickened.
